“Bought 2 pair of the EV ZERO for running. Super light and comfortable. Great experience at the Lahaina store. My salesperson Jeffrey was super helpful… searches to get me a pair that wasn’t the floor model and the 2nd only the floor model available so he ordered a new pair for me. Really enjoyed the interaction with Jeffrey. Super chill and pleasant to work with and no pressure to buy anything. Will definitely go back. Would highly recommend this store!!”

“Tori Richards store in Whalers Village is OPEN! I popped in today to look at their shirts as I needed to update Hubb's wardrobe for a wedding at the Ritz, 'resort casual', and found a fantastic Hokusai wave shirt with whales. Expensive, but he is worth it...lol. The lady instore was welcoming, fun to chat to and helpful with sizing, and offered to get an XL in if the L didn't fit Hubb's (he is 6ft and wide shouldered so I wasn't sure). I had a great shopping experience in this store, 10/10 for the staff member who helped me 03/26/24 in the morning.”

“We have bought Cariloha towels and sheets in the past and love them. We tried out the mattress in the store and it feels so comfortable and luxurious. Peighton helped us with the purchase of a new mattress at the Kaanapali store. She was so knowledgeable. We can’t wait until our new mattress is delivered.”

“Not usually one to review retail stores, but I had to say something about this particular store. Despite the fact the A/C was not working, the staff was friendly, helpful and incredibly upbeat. They even made it a point to say how much they appreciated our remaining in the store to shop for clothes in the heat and humidity. Travis Mathew company has a great staff working this store! Hope they got the A/C fixed!”

“Great customer service at this store! Finally made a trip to Maui and it’s a must for me to visit a Local Motion whenever I go to the Islands. We stayed near Lahaina and saw there was a Local Motion in town so we had to go check it out. When we got to the store we were immediately greeted by the team working they day. After a little browsing were approached by an associate named Jachia who was really nice and helpful! She showed us the deals going on and had no problem checking and looking for sizes for me and my girlfriend. She was really helpful, patient, and friendly especially with us asking a lot of questions. During the visit we also did get introduced to Nate who was really nice too! Our visit to the store that day was great! It didn’t just feel like we went shopping but felt like we made new friends! Thank you Jachia for all the help and awesome service!”

“I really hope you re-open when Maui gets re-built. Every time I visited Maui, I always bought several shirts I still cherish today. I was sad I didn't treat my daughter to some cute shirts when I brought my 2 yr old for the 1st time as I always dreamed of getting her to Maui. Your staff was so nice when we came in after the Halloween parade 2022 & I've been kicking myself on not buying her some cute shirts. I truly hope you & your staff are all safe & healthy. And I hope you re-open some day because your store made me very happy & i've been living in one of my shirts from the store as I've been coordinating food donations from my trade show clients to get big donations to Maui. Can someone email me to let me know you all are ok?”
“Pretty normal Lululemon store in the upscale Whaler's Village mall on the west side of Maui. A few unique Hawaii items that aren't sold elsewhere, but otherwise just a normal store.”

“Was on vacation and they were doing a wheel raffle ranging from free socks shirts to beach towels and 50% off I was lucky enough to get a free shirt and a beach towel just by trying on a pair of shorts and my lady also got a free shirt. Everything with Hawaii on it is exclusive and can’t get anywhere else. But prices are really high for volcom products. That’s why the 4 stars. I wish all volcom stores had these raffles where I’m from.”
