Staff showed care and professionalism in helping my daughter and I. We needed to find a new rash guard for her (long sleeves) since she got a little too much sun the day before and we had a full beach day planned. They had multiple options in both rash guards and full swim sets with sleeves. My daughter finally found one she loved and the only one in her size had a small snag. Normally I would have cared but it was right in the center of the chest and was $68. They offered a small discount but once she saw the snag she refused to wear it. We ended up not purchasing anything but I would shop here again thanks to the staff. We did not see any other issues with the merchandise as the other options were in brand new condition with no noticeable issues.

Had the most wonderful experience today at this store. The employee Desiree was super attentive and helpful with myself, a family friend and my daughter. She was sweet, friendly and kind, providing excellent input on the merchandise that we were looking at. My exchange was effortless and I was able to purchase a beautiful cover up that I had never seen at any of their other stores. I will definitely come back to the store and spend triple the amount that I originally planned on spending. They truly understand the meaning of "Practicing Aloha."

Totally agree with a previous review about the manager Ellie. Rude and condescending towards my wife. Even had the nerve to remark to me that my wife doesn't know how to "follow directions"! Certainly not your typical friendly Maui experience. She has no business being in customer service! Avoid.

Do not shop here. The manager Ellie is nasty and rude. She offered a 20% discount to a customer and when I asked her whether we could get a discount too she said: "This is not a bargain store." I apologized for offending her but told her that the only reason I asked was because she had offered a discount to another customer. She replied: "I'm the manager here and can do whatever I want to make a sale." We left the store right away. I can't believe someone as mean as her can be a manager.

Cool store. It's a chain so they are all over the island. Employees were nice at the 3 stores went too. One was having a huge sale and we got a bunch of cool stuff for way cheaper than retail price. That was at the outlet shop in Kihei. They forgot to take the magnets of one of our shirts so we took it to the store close to our hotel and they apologized and took it off immediately. Very helpful and kind.
