I was in Maui this past week with my family and I wanted to get my daughters a nice elegant necklace to commemorate our vacation. Ly was very helpful, once she finished with a customer she gave us her full attention even with a couple rude customers trying to butt in during our shopping experience she kindly asked them to please wait. They obviously felt entitled but Ly made sure to continue to spend time and help us. Ly gave me a fantastic deal on some very nice gold necklaces and I also decided to add pendants. My daughters love their necklaces as do land I am happy Maui Jewelers was able to assist me in making this memorable purchase, something my girls can wear and reflect on our wonderful vacation. The necklaces by no means were cheap but very fair priced. Thank you Ly for helping me make this possible.

My mother in law and I went here to “look” at opals. Lol. I had always wanted one but in California they are so expensive to get a really nice quality stone. Ly (Lee) was so helpful and had fun with my MIL and I trying on several pieces. We were made an offer we could t refuse and purchased two gorgeous opal necklaces and one jade bangle bracelet. I’m blown away by the high quality of these large opals and the excellent customer service. We will be back in a year and will buy here again!! Thank you Ly!!!

I got engaged in Maui and the lovely ring didn't fit me. Every jeweller I visited said oh sorry, we can't help, clearly unwilling to help as they wouldn't get a sale. Except for this lovely place. The lady told me about ring guards and she fitted it for me perfectly. She was so kind and helpful, we will never forget it. Many thanks from ?? ☘️

Fall 2021 I visited Lee at the shop for the last time before catching our flight home. I had purchased a few of the opal and sterling rings for gifts earlier in the week. My heart was set on the Diamonds by the Yard necklace in white gold. I bought one! Reasonably priced and my all time favorite design! Lee was friendly and I enjoyed our interactions throughout the week. I look forward to stopping by Maui Jeweler on our trip later this year. And this time, I will bring a friend!!

My husband and I were window shopping along Front Street and saw an incredible window display of emerald and diamond rings. Emeralds are my obsession and we went inside to browse. Once inside, I saw additional emerald and diamond jewelry and Lee was very helpful as we looked at different pieces. However, I fell in love with a ring and can honestly say the quality of the emeralds are amazing. Lee was pleasant, very knowledgeable, customer-focused and offered a price we couldn’t say “no” to. We will definitely return next year.

I went in with my brother and I could already tell as soon as I walked in I knew it wasn't going to be the best experience. We are both pretty young, early twenties. I was on the lookout for some nice small earrings. And both of us noticed the difference in how we were being treated compared to the other customers. They were nice and friendly to the older adults but when "helping" us they were standoffish. I found a pair I liked and I wanted to look at them and she just pushed it in front of me and then walked away to go to a "more" valuable customer. I just felt so unwanted in the shop. They just glanced at us and assumed we were worth nothing. They did have nice jewelry but if you're young expect to be treated the same as us.

Walked in here with my hubby. Lee helped us and was amazing. She took the solitaire that I had and custom mounted it on to a Diamond band. It made my center stone look bigger and better in the new setting! Next time we're back, we'll have Lee help us with the band. Definitely recommend going in and seeing what they can do for you. Lee took my ring and had it remounted and ready for me in two days! Right before we left MauDiamond

We happened to walk into Maui Jewelers with the hope to find "thee" ring. My hubby and I have been married for 23 yrs and the prong of my ring broke prior to our Maui vacation. My hubby and I have such different taste in...everything. We discussed the likes and dislikes of the ring with Ly. Ly listened and within minutes showed us several options. My hubby and I chose "thee" ring. First time agreeing and Ly is the witness. We showed up the next day and purchase diamond stud earrings. We will be back! Such a great experience. Feeling the aloha!
