I was outside the store waiting for a friend to finish getting a tattoo and the owner came out and disrespected us as well as insulted us and was very rude about us waiting for our friend. He said that this was not a hangout area and was his store even though we weren’t causing a disturbance or even in the store. Would not recommend this store and would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

The lady Darlene was very rude to me and my fiancé. Treated us like children and profiled us. Kept hovering over us and even though there were other people in the store. She kept following us for no reason, literally gave her no reason to keep following us. Wouldn’t recommend going there unless you want to be treated as if you are a criminal. Disgusting. This was in hawaii.

Hector was informative without being overbearing! Walked out with a Koa and Tungsten necklace for me! It was in the men's section but we weren't judged at all for buying it for me! Loved the quality and craftsmanship of what they had to offer. Definitely worth stopping by to see local artists and their work!

We were just wondering around when we discovered this wonderful retail shop in this village. Dana was very friendly and professional. She even let me take a pic of this beautiful shell mirror that was just out of my price range. Here I have it for all to enjoy! Dont miss this store if you are around! Highly recommended!

If you're going into a store like this you should already know the prices are going to be very high. For a watch expect to spend somewhere between $200-$600. However if you have the money and want a nice wooden piece it's a great store with a lot of options. All watches come with a 2 year warranty and the staff is very nice!

Best customer service possible. When on our honeymoon we found a unique ring for my husband. Though we had just bought him his wedding ring we splurged and got him a second one. He wore it constantly for 3 years and got numerous compliments! Unfortunately it cracked in half one night. Within one week we had a replacement in our hands and it was complimentary. I have one happy man again. Thank you so much!!

I appreciate the time that the owner took to listen to my concerns and rectify the situation. He allowed me to return my ring and my return was processed in a very timely manner. Martin and MacArthur have very beautiful and quality products. I will visit them again when I return to Hawaii.
