Due to an increase in rates I reached out to State Farm for something less expensive. Gen Purdy responded and provided awesome service and a nice policy with basically the same coverage for less money. Transition was easier than expected. Just a few emails and information swaps and I was done. With my other insurance, they actually told me my policy was cancelled when in fact it was paid in full so along with saving money, I actually get an agent who is on top of things.

I’ve been with State Farm for many years for auto insurance. I love having a dedicated agent to help me navigate my insurance. It’s so nice I can walk into the local office and receive personal service from my agent. I highly recommend Mark Zion and his team!

Mark & Joy
Really take care of there clients and make sure there clients is satisfied and do Friendly reminder plus to see if we need any other help in insurance. Just there Friendly ness and being there for there clients as well his staff is awesome, very Friendly , make us feel comfortable & satisfied in my insurance . Thanks lord for having State Farm from Mark Zion and staff. I won't trade any insurance to another insurance company.

I just love visiting Mark's office! Him and his team are so personable and strive to find me the best coverages. I thought my insurance rates through a veteran service were comparable but I don't think any company could match Zion's customer service.
I knew of Mark Zion before I had local insurance because of his service and involvement in the community. We were lucky to have him as an advocate, working for ur after the Lahaina Fire.
For someone who doesn't do a lot of research into my coverages and fees, I'm honored to have Mark's team looking out for me.

Meeting the mark zion agent has become an inevitable luck to me by chance. He is impressive in passion, patience and detail. He shows the computer screen to the customer, explains each and every one of them carefully from the customer's point of view, and carefully cares for their customers to save money on insurance. I thank them for their consideration. And I trust and respect those who work hard. The mark zion will also suffer tremendous damage from the lahaina fire. They were in the victim's position, and the lahaina office was burned down. They were also in the victim's position, and in the same victim's position, they explained it delicately from the customer's point of view, and considered customers to save money on insurance. So I'm going to leave the insurance that I bought from my other company to the State farm company. The forest may look burnt out, but it will sprout again on the ground and form another large and abundant forest. Mark I believe that you will have a hard time right now, but I'm sure you're making a rich forest with your values. Cheer up!!!

Mark is an awesome agent. He was so very patient with me and made sure I understood what was my policy included.(all so confusing). He made me feel comfortable with knowing all I needed to know about it. He also worked with me to get the best coverage and best price. He is totally the person to see.

I never expected to need the State Farm coverage I have as much as I’ve needed it this past year. The wildfire in Lahaina destroyed our home and a vehicle and State Farm has been SO helpful and fair every step of the way, helping us to recover from this devastating loss.
Mark Zion has been responsive and proactive and I always feel he has my best interest in mind. I appreciate his kindness, compassion and professionalism, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing good, reputable insurance coverage.

I switched to State Farm and Mark made it seamless and painless. He was easy to get a hold of and would call back when we agreed he'd check back in. He works long hours and takes really.good care of his customers. I switched my home insurance to him because of the excellent customer service.
I had been a loyal customer of another company for over 13 years and never got a discount. Mark got me better deals at almost half the rate. Need I say more...

I wanted to give a big shout out to Gen & Mark!! They are so kind and really helpful! Gen had helped me with my car insurance and made everything easy, no complications and fast! And Mark had helped me with my other insurances where he explained and made me really understand other options they had and helped me apply for it. I would say their customer service is so awesome because they both go above and beyond for their customers👏 I’m so glad they are both the agents I came across when I had to apply!
They both honestly just made my day better thank you! I totally appreciate everything you guys have done for me especially that I’m not originally from here so you guys have helped me a lot! Thank you thank you 🙏🏻
