“we are so happy that the Fires did not destroy this store although it was closed do to the other problems the fires did cause. Hopefully they will reopen soon. They are not cheap but cheap for that part of the island and selection is decent but not all encompassing”

“Glad to know that after the Lahaina fire this Safeway is open and available for the West Maui community. They have a great wine and cheese section for beach picnics. But most importantly everything you can find at a mainland Safeway is available here. Customer service is great when you need assistance and over this is clean environment. Due to the recent water restoration there are still outdoor porta potty and sink options in use.”

“Nice supermarket. You can find some very reasonably priced things here like bakery items. Bread is pretty expensive so getting a few $.65 rolls for sandwiches is my favorite thing to do. The rotisserie chicken at 9.99 is a great bargain for the two of us. We eat a few meals from it as I make chicken salad with the meat we didn't eat. Or use the leftover chicken for salad topper.
I found good deals on eggs. You have to explore the store.
