My husband and I were really looking for a quality massage and we were so so glad we went to spa lelle. My husband had his massage done by lelle and I had mine done by Susan and was so happy. They are very skilled at what they do and Susan knew just when to apply more pressure in certain areas and read my body and responses very well. They use all organic oils and scent that lelle makes herself and they smelled amazing! I actually believe that I fell asleep at one point because I was so relaxed. They were able to take my husband and I in at the last minute and were so so sweet to us. DONT HESITATE...Book now!!

Lelle was an awesome masseuse. She used her own self made essential oils and products. Created from ingredients sourced from local farmers. I own a business, so I’m all about shop local buy local. I highly recommend Lelle’s services. She was amazing at deep tissue as well. Do the right thing and go off resort and invest into the community.

Best massage experience on Maui!!!I love Lelle Vie!!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. My massage was relaxing with the perfect pressure and Lelle released all my tight spots. She combines a great knowledge of massage with an equally broad knowledge of botanicals and has a beautiful array of natural hand made products she uses.I am a return visitor and make sure I get my time in with her each and every visit. I have referred many a friend to her and all have enjoyed her combinations of aromatics, great massage and all natural and local products

Lele is an excellent massuese. She gave me and my husband the best massage ever. She was very professional and experienced. I would recommend her to anyone. I felt brand new after my visit with her and I can't wait to go back for my next massage. Thanks so much

I would highly recommend that you GO ANYWHERE ELSE. When we signed up for our appt we were told over the phone that we’d receive further information on directions as well as some pre-massage survey they wanted us to fill out. When we didn’t get any info, we looked up the address and directions from their page on Yelp where we had originally found them. As we’re walking up to the building (10 minutes before appt) we get a text saying the location has moved to a different city. Obviously there was no way we could make that appt and we were flying out the next day so I told the lady in charge that we would have to cancel based on the extremely late notice. She threatened to charge us the full price of our couples massage if we canceled ($321 before gratuity) even though it was her fault. We didn’t want that much money to go completely to waste so we drastically changed our plans for our last day to fit in a new massage appt. Horrible way to treat customers. Completely unprofessional and I would urge you to go anywhere else if you can. There are plenty of other options!

Be very, very cautious before scheduling a massage with these people. Go ANYWHERE ELSE if you can. We were told the morning we scheduled that we would receive further information on directions as well as a covid survey we needed to take before the massage. We never received anything so we found the location on the website and figured that would be fine. As we're walking up to the building (10 min before the appt) we get a text that the location moved to a different city. Obviously we weren't going to make the appt and we were scheduled to fly back home the next day, so I said we were going to have to cancel based on the extremely late notice. The lady running this business said she would charge us the full rate for our massages if we canceled even though it was clearly her fault. We didn't want to lose the $300 so we drastically changed our last day plan to find a way to fit it in. She was super passive aggressive and gave us zero wiggle room. An AWFUL way to treat customers. There are plenty of other options around, DO NOT GO HERE.

This was one of the best massages of my life. My hubby went first and me second, he won't go back to anyone else. My aunt is a masseuse so I've been spoiled and I compare all to her... Lelle is amazing, intuitive, excellent pressure and I left feeling high. Hubby reports the same. We can't say enough about her! I will definitely be coming back when we return for our next visit in August. Treat yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Oh. My. Gawd. Seriously one of the best massages I've ever had. A total splurge on myself, 20 minutes in I asked if I could switch from 60 minutes to 90. The massage was glorious. Perfect intensity and pressure and I left feeling more relaxed than I have in over a year.

The woman who gave our massages was very unprofessional, she took calls during the massage. She also charged more than what the website advertised. Just an overall bad experience.

Okay, lemme just start this off with they LIED about the price of a 90 min massage. My mom, sister & me decided to get massages Bc we went on a pretty intense hike the day before. On their website they only show the price for 1 massage, the 50 min, except it DOESNT say it's for 50 mins. I got my massage last and she didn't even do it for the full time, ended it 10 mins early. We were told it was $150 for 90 mins and we ended up paying $220 a person. She even told us it was $150 a person before, & that's what we agreed to. Anyways let's get to the good stuff, when my massage ended she said "that will be $656.28" and then she had the balls to say "without gratuity" SCAM SCAM SCAM.. She also answered her phone multiple times during the massage. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVEN IF THERE IS NO OTHER CHOICE, not worth it. That was the case with us, there's a reason people book them as a last option.

So happy to confirm a booking same day for two! Bonus was our massages were in our hotel room - on-time, professional, perfect pressure and relaxing. And our masseuse is an expert and lecturer in essential oils including CBD. Highly recommend and would book again - especially compared to the offerings at the Ritz spa!

I ordered an 80 minute massage and asked for Swedish + deep tissue (deep tissue was an extra charge). But I didn't get deep tissue, and I didn't get Swedish either. I got lomi lomi instead. At first I thought that her style was different and she would eventually do Swedish, but that didn't happen. And as time went on I just really wanted what I ordered. Finally when it was done, the receptionist charged me for the extra deep tissue. But the worst part was when the 20% gratuity was automatically added. I had the option to remove it but I would have to be undoing it in front the masseuse. The entire transaction was very uncomfortable, so I went with it. Who wants to have a stressful conversation about wrong charges after a massage... but regret it soon as I did.

I was able to book a massage here last minute during my vacation. It was wonderful, so relaxing. I loved the vanilla scented oil.

Avoid this "business." Like any massage I've ever had, I showed up 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. The massage "office" is in the back of a dingy-looking building (no wonder there are no images of the location on their misleading website) with no lighting and a locked door. If you carefully go through the fine print on their website, you will eventually find that they call themselves a "boutique" and ask that you not arrive before your scheduled appointment. Think about that for a minute: they don't want you arriving early b/c your therapist is finishing up with someone right up until your appointment start time. How exactly does that work? It is a general rule of thumb to arrive up to 15 minutes early to use the restroom, meet one's therapist, discuss pain areas and injuries and to get undressed and ready for the massage. Apparently, this doesn't happen with Lelle Vie or Spa Lelle (or w/e other name they go by) until your appointment begins -- very, very odd. I arrived 15 minutes early. I walked up to their door (which had a realtor-like access lock on it), I knocked gently and tried to open the door. No response. No sound from inside. No lights. I then waited until 5 minutes before and tried again, no response and no indication that the business was open. I then knocked on the door more loudly at the time my massage was to begin, still nothing. And, even then, I waited in my vehicle for 5 more minutes to see if someone would arrive... still nothing. Then, I drove back to my hotel, incredibly disappointed and frustrated. On my way home, I received a call (and voicemail from Molly). Once in a safe spot, I returned her call and was LECTURED by her that their cancellation policy says no refunds and that they can try and fit me in at another time...oh and completely inferring that it was my fault that I didn't wait longer for their tardy therapist (apparently she was in the building, but in a massage... and I was somehow supposed to know that!) Side note: I asked for a male masseur... their website says they will accommodate gender preference... they did not. I explained to her that I would not be coming back (and that they had completely screwed up my morning) ... and she continued lecturing me that had I read (the fine print) on their website, I would have known not to arrive early. How ridiculous. By the way, I went back to their website and nowhere in the booking process do they mention this... if you go to their website and look at their services and then go through the online booking process, you will never see any notification of two very important details: 1) you are booking with your credit card, but must pay with cash (nice surprise); and 2) please do not arrive early. Even the "Conditions" link you agree to is specific to their cancellation policy - no mention of not arriving early and wait for however long it takes for a therapist to show up. Ridiculous! At the location, there was no sign saying "massage in progress" nor was there any other indicator that I should wait for my therapist. Nor was there a text message from their staff that my therapist would be running late. Funny how much communication there is once a client "misses" their massage and how little communication there was to avoid this situation in the first place. These people have obviously been burned in the past, are bitter, and have set up a system that protects them ... even when they screw up. Their massages could be phenomenal for all I know, but avoid this business at all costs. They have ruined my vacation... as I sit here in a hotel room in paradise feeling compelled to share my experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Was charged $273.45 without a tip for a 60 min couples massage. No foot scrub, no mini facial. Yes, we got a hot towel put on our faces and the oils smelled wonderful, the actual therapist and massages were fantastic. The toilet had black growing mildew rings through out, and after the massage, I asked the therapists much was the 60 min massage and the therapists had no idea, and were wearing scrubs from a local massage school. I spoke with the owner on the phone who said " there are no prices up because we are having all new signs printed". I was able to make a last min appt, and that was great. But for $300 dollars you can get a couple's massage at the Weston or Marriott, and use thier pool, hot tub and facilities. 5 stars for the massage, 2 stars because the business has questionable ethic .
