Don't order inside order this the attendants. I ordered food inside and told them the number we were staying right outside so an attendants would drop it off. After 45 mins I check on my order and I go inside and it's waiting there cold. Why ask for the number if I have to go back inside. Communicate that I have to come back.

Such a great convenience to have this in the lobby of the hotel especially with it being so good. We had :Shrimp tempura -9/10 (was a little over cooked but otherwise flavor was great)Fire Poke - 6/10, saw a lot of reviews about it but needed more sauce or flavor. But the poke was really fresh Fish tacos - 6/10 nothing special, just fish tacos. Had a little Mexican flare vs more Hawaiian All in all highly recommend

This store has the best quality "hotel" food around! I stay at the Residence Club every year and the food is consistently delicious! Firecracker poke, sliders, calamari, etc, you can't go wrong! You can call for takeout or dine at the Tiki bar in front of the beach path. Same menu and they even have happy hour prices for appetizers and drinks. I always look forward to eating here when I come. Kudos to the Chef!

This little shack provides an informal opportunity for standard island drinks and good lunch fare. We love the ahi poke crispy wonton tacos with iced tea or Arnold Palmers. They will bring it to your pool side lounge chair or you can sit in the dedicated lawn seating area overlooking the ocean view. Highly recommend for quick service in quenching thirst or getting a delicious casual lunch.

we were staying at the hyatt, went to umalu for lunch and generally was not very good. stopped by here and learned they have a kitchen and make food to go. i ordered steak sandwich, chicken teriyaki, etc. the fries were really good, had a seasoned coating and crispy. recommend this place over umalu if you want to grab a meal on the resort!

The lunch was totally as expected for a poolside meal. However, the breakfast exceeded expectations. The burrito with pork as well as the banana French toast must come from the same kitchen as the finer dining establishments on the property because they were so tasty.

Taste delicious Very convenient while staying at the Residence. The pool and restaurant is just next to each other. They have a lot of choices from the menu.

Convenience store inside the Hyatt Residence Club. It's right close to the swimming pools, great for a refreshing drink after lounging in the sun.
