I came into this lovely little store in search of an anklet with turtles on it. The young lady, who was working that day, was awesome. She directed me to exactly what I was looking for - the anklet has two turtles and a pineapple with the larimar stone in it. She was showed me a turtle pendant - I was in heaven! I laughingly said "got anything else? I'm on a roll". I ended up coming away with the Larimar turtle anklet, the Larimar turtle pendant, and the sweetest ring with a turtle with the Larimar stone for his shell, all at a fraction of the cost of most other places. Almost wishing I had bought the Larimar bracelet she showed me too (next time!). I am completely in love with my purchase - they came all the way back to Canada with me. Thank you so much Lahaina Jewelry - I WILL be back!

The old lady behind the counter was very rude, classist, and demeaning to my family. She also, unnecessarily, insulted public education and the working class Vietnamese community on Maui as if she is too good for them. I was really excited to bring my family in ok y for her to insult them and their own journey to this country.

Thank you Victoria...you were so wonderful to offer to change the loop on the pendant i very much wanted but loop was too small on it and would not fit on my omega necklace; you searched your pieces to find a loop big enough to fit and asked for one hour to have it soldered on to the perfect PLUMERIA pendant i had been looking for! I bought a pretty little “paper clip” ring, originally priced at $1600 but the kind lady Victoria marked it down to $550. This came to approx $750 Canadian. I picked it up two days ago and three diamonds have already fallen out of it. It’s pretty, simple but now it looks ridiculous and a waste of my money. I’ll phone them to let them know and hope for a resolution.

My husband and I walked by this cute jewelry store and decided to check it out. The staff is super helpful and non judgmental for people that have a lower budget like us. We ended up choosing this beautiful Larimar ring to replace my wedding ring for my birthday. Absolutely gorgeous and pictures don’t do it justice.

I never write reviews, but I had to after my experiences with Tai Doan. Tai was repairing some jewelry for me while I was on Maui, but needed to keep one piece longer and I had to return home. There were circumstances beyond his control that occurred with USPS and Tai worked diligently to fix the problem. In the end it took several weeks, but Tai resolved everything beyond my satisfaction. Shop at Lahaina Jewelry and you can be assured of excellent service. Thank you Tai.

Purchased jewerly here and Victoria the owner was so kind, funny and very very honest. She gave us great prices and it was amazing to do business with the owner one on one. I'm so glad I didn't get tempted to buy from the big jewerly chains near by. Glad to have given my business to a small local woman business owner. We will be back. She's been in business for decades that shows she is reputable.

My experience here was wonderful! The first time I came in, the owner greeted me and then left me to my own devices. Unlike most jewelry stores I've been to, she wasn't breathing down my throat trying to get a sale from me. The second time I came in, she got the ring I was looking at out of the case and put it on. It ended up being too expensive for me, even with a discount, but she was very lovely and understanding about that. She ended up finding an even more gorgeous ring for me within my price range! I didn't see a piece of jewelry in here that wasn't stunning, and the owner is extraordinarily pleasant and fair with prices. Highly recommend, and this will be my first stop next time I visit Maui!
