My friend and I went to this store as it was one of the only ones open at that time of night and browsed around. With Audrey's help I was able to buy a beautiful necklace. She was extremely helpful to my friend and I and stayed open a little longer for us to try on some dresses. We forgot to validate parking and came back a minute or two after she closed the doors and she validated our parking for us. Her service was friendly and insightful she was wonderful and we'll be coming back to keani again. Thank you?

I visited the store located in the Whaler Mall on 9/5/2022. They do carry some cute clothing so I decide to check it out. When I walked in and made eye contact couple times with sales person and was ignore...meaning no greeting or anything. No customer service at all. Not a way to run a business.

My new "must go to" every time I'm in Maui! This boutique has the most beautiful jewelry with quality materials and unique designs! LOVE that this is local made and woman owned! Not to mention every piece of clothing in there was so dang cute! Also, I need to give a shout out to the two amazing ladies working in the store at the time I was there. They were so extremely helpful and fun to work with! Keep doing what you're doing ladies! Mahalo Nui!

Why are all the sales people in these "boutique" like shops so snooty??? Always looking so put-out if we try on but don't buy. I get that maybe they have a sales quota they need to fill but maybe if they were friendlier people might still buys something just bc they felt bad. But the "girl" who rang me up for an item that was one-size gave me a look and a question "buying without trying in?" What does she care? Bc I know she doesn't. And if she presented herself in a more friendly manner I would t have minded. I go into these shops bc I usually they have unique stuff that shops near me don't have but always get these attitude sales girls (and I say "girls" on purpose) that ruin the experience.

I've been purchasing their jewelry online for years now and finally got to visit their shop. It's super cute. I bought one pair of shorts, unfortunately didn't need any more jewelry at the time. Great customer service also!

There is nothing I love more than supporting local businesses and artists. After dinner one night on Ka'anapali beach we were walking and decided to peruse Whalers Village as we always do when staying in Maui. We came across Keani, because a necklace from the window beckoned me in. The young sales associate was super friendly and was wearing the necklace I wanted, so I could see it on. She then told me the story behind the store. The jewelry was designed by born and raised Hawaiian women. The jewelry was stunning, Hawaiian inspired, yet simple and modern. High end designs that I fell in love with, I even ended up getting a custom piece in the end and it was shipped home, so I had a little bit of Hawaii after I left. They are located on the lower level of Whalers village, please do not miss this shop. You will not be disappointed.

Delightful, bright and bold store with beautiful local finds. You’ll LOVE their huge assortment of special rings - tried basically all of them on but ended with a multi layered favorite! (But might go back for another)

Bought some jewelry here for my wife for her birthday. They have some interesting designs and are reasonably priced. In a sea of high priced jewelry stores it was nice to see some quality items at a great value. Doesn't hurt that they are friendly and helpful
