When first walking into room the floor was sticky with piles of sand and hair.
Overwhelming stench of mold and mildew.
Greasy hand prints all over mirror, missing tiles and black mold next to beds up the walls, shower had piles of sand in corner as well as mildew. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in what looked like months.
Restaurant on site was a very bad experience I didn't even get my food after an hour of waiting as I watched everyone else get their food.
They didn't even want to seat me although restaurant was empty at the time, until they found out I was a registered guest at hotel then I got a table.
Staying in that room for 1 night caused my son to have breathing issues from the mold infested building. The health department should get involved soon it is a hazardous building.
Safety: Not safe!! poor air quality

Rooms are showing their age but it is a nice location and quiet getaway spot. The beach is great. Wish they had a jacuzzi.

Extremely expensive . Pay $35 for parking . No water bottle in room . Understaffed. Terrible breakfast and pay extra. They serve brewed coffee as expresso and charge extra.

There was mould on the shower ceiling, friends had crazy amounts of ants in their room. We stayed only the one night before changing hotels.

Staff was very kind but low rating is due to all the roaches that were present when we opened the door. Management needs to do something about the roaches in a room that costs more than $300 per night.

This was a very expensive room, but was one of the worst rooms I have been in. When we got there and checked in, the sink in the room was dirty. The bathroom had no handle on the inside so it was difficult to open coming out and the knob on the outside was falling off. The bathroom also had holes in the ceiling panels. The room was infested with ants as well, any snacks or food left on the counter for a few minutes would be wasted due to the bugs. Finally, housekeeping did not take care of the room on one of the days of our stay.
