I am beyond thrilled with our stay here. We lucked out with a ground floor room right off the lobby, an amazing location. Everything is so beautiful, from the landscaping to the lobby to the rooms. It was awesome having a full kitchen (even a dishwasher!) and huge bathroom. There is a grocery story walking distance or a short drive away, so you can save a ton of money and cook your own meals. The pools are very nice. I wish they were warmer! There was always plenty of seating, and so many cozy little spots to hang out. The beach is fine. Not the best beach on the island by any means but it's so nice having it right there off the hotel! It's smooth and sandy but pretty steep and no shade. Bring your own umbrella and chairs if possible. Having the little store in the lobby was amazing. The prices weren't that bad for Hawaiian honestly and it was nice being able to grab snacks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and tell my friends to, but if you stay here for your entire trip you'll want to drive to other beaches.

The staff have all been beyond kind and helpful, allowing you to lose yourself in Maui as soon as you arrive on property. They put the A in Aloha!
Rooms: Suites accommodate larger groups, and all have wonderful views (albeit not all of the ocean), and living rooms that open up completely with sliding glass doors.
Nearby activities: Snorkel-worthy coral reef right there, SUP, turtle swimming, shaved ice, pretty much anything you’ll want.
Walkability: Within walking distance of pretty much everything you’ll want or need, including:
Groceries, food truck park, recreationals, urgent care, and most importantly Papi’s Cinnamon Rolls!

Get what you pay for. Still bit expensive

The rooms were spacious and clean, had a well stocked kitchenette.
The view was pretty, we had a partial ocean view room, and the beach was SAND!
Nearby activities: If you're in Hawaii, you must go snorkeling. The best snorkeling experience is on the Islands because of the reefs. The hotel had an onsite snorkeling rental and nearby, if you want to go a bit cheaper.

We spent 7 days in room 604 at the main entrance building, as many said here the rooms are spacious, up to date and had great views. About the second or third day, we noticed many cockroaches, and when you see many there are usually thousands. We immediately notified the front desk when we noticed but it was in the evening and they told us they would send a cleaning crew and have the maintenance team set out bait traps. We had two little kids with us so not a great option but we went with it. They told us they would get all this done starting at 9am. They cleaning crew didn't arrive until 9:40am but they came. Not sure when the maintenance people came because we left for the day, but we did notice traps. At the time I asked for a manager to contact me because when you spend a total of almost $15,000 on a place to stay for vacation, you do not expect a roach infested 3 bedroom condo. No one ever called me, not once. No one followed up. We continued to see roaches in our room the entire time we were there. One crawled up our nephews arm and freaked him out. We had to put all our food in the fridge just to keep them out. One roach got smashed in the fridge door! It was disgusting and their manager couldn't even bother herself to contact me to find a solution. DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IN ROOM 604 IF YOU PLAN ON ENJOYING A ROACH FREE ENVIRONMENT WHILE SPENDING A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY ON A ROOM. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY

Clean, spacious, and a wonderful location. I'm not sure why anyone would stay in a hotel when you can stay in a luxury condo!

Parking is miserable if you go out at 7 and come back by 10 you’ll have to park across the resort and walk back.. not to mention this security guard told me I couldn’t park in this spot that was clearly able to park in just wasn’t a parking spot.. and proceeded to tell me I need to go find parking, and not even offer to drive us back to the resort.. with all the money we spend here and support them.. it’s wild how much they slack and don’t show the thankfulness. For 600-650$ a night.. shouldn’t be an issue for parking
Food & drinks: Don’t eat at resort lol, place across the stress is cheaper and really good food, only thing I’d eat is dukes calamari, one and done good for me ?? too rich for my blood, 400$+ dinner with 3 people only

Great beaches, great price. Very family friendly location. Brought our family of 9, kids aged from 22 to 4, there was something for everyone. Pools were great and perfect for our 4,10 and 12 year old. Bring snorkel gear and boogie boards. Kids saw fish and sea turtles right off the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas came with the room, and we used them every day. The wind was excessive, but i think it comes with the location. Beautiful boardwalk. Parking was easy, but you aren’t very centrally located in terms of the island, so we definitely used our car every day.
Rooms: Good sized rooms, TV in every room, very comfortable beds.
Nearby activities: Dukes was beautiful and delicious. Pricey though.
Walkability: Boardwalk makes it easy to walk up and down to shops along the coast.

First time here, and loved this resort. Had some great pools, very nice condos, Duke’s onsite was very good with daily live music. Really hope to come back.
