We ended our honeymoon here, and my now husband said it was the best massage he ever received! The ambiance was inviting, clean, soothing, and relaxing. The lotions smelled “heavenly” wishing I bought a scent to take home with me! We felt very well taken care of with drinks & snacks!! Thank you for topping off our trip to Maui!

Chelsea was a wonderful therapist who specifically worked on my trouble areas! She is extremely gifted! I wish I could take her back to the mainland w me! 80 min of complete bliss!!!

The Spa experience at the start was great, massage was perfect until, after checking out the customer service at front desk of heavenly spa was terrible. We ran our card and they said approved on the transaction and on our card app, they said the 1k was not approved yet our cards had been approved. The manager came out to help Erin, she accused us of not paying and held us hostage even after staff said we had paid. So Erin called the police, and held our car at the valet. Even after we had paid even the police sided with us. The worst after massage experience ever. I would not recommend to any spa goes to deal with Erin.

My esthetician was so kind and wonderful. I loved the Hydrafacial she gave me. It was a great relaxing time and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
However the eye perk is not worth the extra cost. It gave me the crepiest driest eye skin I’ve ever experienced

As a seasoned spa-goer, I had high expectations when I visited Heavenly Spa for a facial today. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of what I anticipated.
Firstly, the amenities were lacking. The tiny infrared sauna and the unisex pool were unexpected for a luxury establishment. I had hoped for more expansive facilities to enhance my experience.
During the facial itself, I found the pace to be slow. Additionally, the number of procedures performed was minimal, leaving me feeling underwhelmed. I was particularly surprised that the esthetician did not include ear treatments, which I had come to expect as a standard part of facials at similar establishments.
Considering the steep price tag associated with this spa, I had anticipated a more comprehensive and indulgent experience. I left feeling somewhat dissatisfied and unlikely to return in the future.

The spa and the massage were both outstanding! Me and my wife both asked for a deep tissue massage and Jim delivered! My wife said hers was just as good. It was one of the best massages I've had.

Not a bad place but no where worth the price. For this price I expect to be waited on, not told where the beverages are and to helpmyself! My masseuse was fabulous but other than that this spa no longer offers all the spa services. I couldn’t get a manicure or pedicure or get my hair done. Massages, saunas, restrooms, locker rooms and an outdoor sitting area where you’re suppose to be able to relax and unwind….. LOCATED MEXT TO A KIDS PIRATE ?☠️ POOL!!! Omg what horrible planning on their part. If you want a massage, go here, there’s not much more amenities they offer lol. I won’t be back!

Booked a last minute massage after the Maui Half Marathon. Worth the price for a Westin massage and spa day. Wished I knew to bring a swim suit bc I could have enjoyed a whole day here at the spa. Clean, spacious, and most importantly got a great CBD massage from Jeff. Thank you for the spa treatment!
