We bought a pink sapphire and diamond ring in white gold from here. Paid $1200 canadian for it. Thinking it was white gold, genuine pink sapphire and diamonds. Upon returning home to Canada and having it appraised we find out that it's only Lab Created with clear stones, and yellow gold that was rhodium plated over and appraises for $800. Tried phoning to complain and of course voicemail is full. Probably with complaints. We will be going back one day to Maui and when we do I will be making a special trip to this store. Beware people!!!

Phoenix was so helpful and our purchases were wrapped in a special wrap which made them even more special. We will always visit this jewelry store when in Maui. Please stop by, you won't be disappointed!

Pheonix (the owner) was one of the kindest and hardest work woman I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. If you are in Lahaina and looking for quality jewelry, but also looking to support a business owner as kind as Phoenix, I highly recommend taking a stop into Hawaii Jewelers. Amazing prices, beautiful jewelry, and a good hearted business owner. 11/10.

I needed my Hawaiian heirloom pendant re-enameled and I thought I would see about getting it done while I was on Maui on vacation. I was fully expecting that it would take several days to repair and that it would have to be mailed to me. They offered to turn it around in less than 24 hours so I could have it before I left for the airport the next day. The jeweler personally dropped it off to me before the store officially opened. That is what I call going above and beyond! I would highly recommend supporting this small local business.

I couldn't find a jewelry store who stocked battery for my wrist watch. The one store who attempted to fix my watch said they carried all batteries for watches which turned out a false statement leaving my dead watch in my purse for several months. Browsing the stores on front street i walked into Hawaii Jewelers and Michael the owner immediately assisted me with the best service. He knew what was needed and had a variety of sizes. In no time i was wearing my favorite watch. His excellent service and knowledge about watches brought me back to the store for another fix. Without a doubt not even a second hesitation visit Hawaii Jewelers a trusted jewelry and watch store. He has another store located in the Whalers village.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSOTMER SERVICE! I bought my wife a ring here when on vacation a few months ago. One of the diamonds fell out unfortunately and Hawaii Jewelers replaced it without any issue. Highly recommend!!!

Micheal was so helpful when I took my watch there to get resized and a new battery. 2 other shops told me they could not do it but he was wonderful!

My mom and girlfriend love Pandora charms, so we had to make a stop here. I showed up almost before they closed, but was treated very attentively. They keep all of the Pandora charms near the register, so we were able to easily browse, decide, and pay. Probably spent five minutes in the store. They have a great selection of Hawaii/beach-themed charms that are sure to please any collector. I don't know much about jewelry, but they seemed to have a large and diverse inventory and were very knowledgeable when speaking to the other customers about their purchases. Would recommend to Pandora collectors.

Finally have the time to review this place. So I have been collecting Pandora charms and I love getting charms from new places I visit. It was my first time on Maui so my tourist self had done my research looking for shops that would sell Pandora charms. I was so happy when I found a Pandora store but got sad when I found out that the store closed down... bummer. So I started googling for other places. I called the Ocean Center and they said they sell Pandora charms but we would have to buy the entrance fee to get to the shop and I wasn't going to do that when we weren't interested in exploring the ocean center. A few days came by and I would kept calling stores and they would say 'no we don't carry Pandora'. Finally called Hawaii Jewelers and guess what! They carry Pandora charms! I was so excited but also was bummed again because it was kinda too far from where we were staying. Over 50 mins away. But since I was SO desperate to get my charms, we drove our happy little selves to Lahaina. Our FIRST STOP in Lahaina was literally this jewelry store and I was so excited! I wanted to purchase a couple charms for myself and as gifts. When we entered, there was this girl sitting behind the counter. I didn't care if she was sitting because I would too lol but she did not greet us nor did not ask how she could help us. I had to ask her if they carry Pandora charms and then she led me to the glass where they had the charms. There are LOTS of beautiful Hawaii/Maui charms and I wanted to buy all of them! It was hard for me to choose because everything was inside the glass and I had to put my face super close to the glass. The lady just stood there, and didn't offer to bring out some charms so I could see closer. I finally asked her if I could see this charm (the one I ended up choosing) and she finally took it out of the glass. I wanted to look at other charms from the glass since I wanted to buy more BUT I was too shy and too uncomfortable to ask her to bring them out because she was just standing there, awkwardly. I wanted to make conversations because she looked like a friend of mine but she didn't show interest. This was the first time I felt so uncomfortable buying a Pandora charm. Whenever I go to Disneyland to buy charms, to Vegas, to San Francisco, to anywhere, the employee would try their best to get me what I want and to actually sell them to me. But since this wasn't a Pandora store, I guess the vibe was different. I ended up just getting the first charm that I asked her if I could see, because I just wanted to leave lol. She didn't tell us how much that charm was, she just straight up told us the total. None of these charms have price tags and from my experience everything starts at $65, no questions asked. Which is odd because I get Disney charms with bedazzle for that price but since this is the only store that sells Pandora charms, I guess prices vary. I just wish I could've had the chance to buy more charms with better experience. I understand this is a local store and I wasn't expecting a Pandora sales person selling me as many items as possible. But from my experiences, local stores are usually a charming place. My fiancé got my engagement ring from a local jewelry shop and we were treated nicely. Before we approached this employee, I even joked with my fiancé telling him we could get our wedding bands from Hawaii Jeweler since we were already there. But after having the experience I had, I wish other jewelers carry Pandora as well so I could shop with confidence and feel comfortable doing so. I understand some locals hate tourists but all I really wanted was to purchase some charms.

I had a little issue with the way I was treated by one of their workers. Few days later I received a call from the owner, Phoenix. She apologized on their workers behalf. We talked for a little bit, and told me story about herself. She told me that she talked to her worker. I didn't want the worker to be in trouble but I told her sometimes, they need to know what they did wrong coz this can ruin their business. Phoenix was really friendly on the phone. And I really appreciate her effort of calling me and making things right. She is really dedicated to her business. She really cares about her customers, very rare to find such a business owner like her.

We went to this location because of all the positive reviews we read. But we were very disappointed with our experience. We were excited at first to see what they have especially since this is the only store that sells pandora. We didn't experience all the good things that other people posted in the review. When we got there, there was a young lady. She didn't even greeted us when we entered. When we were looking for pandora charms, she didn't even assist us at all. We had questions about the charms, but she didn't even answer any of them. When we chose the charms we wanted, we didn't even tell us the prices, she charged us right away asked if we will be paying cash or card. We were charged $75 for each charm even the most simple looking ones. She didn't even put the charm in the bag, we had to asked her to do it coz we didn't want to lose them. We asked about the discount that showed in front of the store. She said it's only for the rings which didn't say in the poster. We left, confused. I called the place again and there was a guy who answered it. We went back to talk to him instead about the prices. When we entered, the young lady we encountered was still there. And this time she greeted us. But still didn't try to help us. She was just watching us. The guy we spoke on the phone with was assisting another customer, so we waited for him to finish. We asked how much each charm were he said it varies but starting price is $40. So we pointed at the ones we ordered and he said $65. We just shook our heads. Then he asked how many are we buying. And offered a discount. That's when I started to tell him that we already bought three and we got charged more than what it should be. We also added how we were treated earlier. But he didn't do anything about it. They have all of these discount signs in the store but doesn't really apply to anything.
