Great place! They transferred my cvs prescription from upstate NY with no issues, and the pharmacist was great with her advice from cough syrups to suggestions on which tape to use to waterproof my CGM. Thanks!

Awesome store, Jamie in particular was so helpful, I called in need of a specific OTC medication that my dad was in need of while traveling. Jamie located exactly what I needed and even held it for me until I arrived at the store. She truly saved the day, on top of that she was very polite and courteous, thank you CVS and Jamie!

Always a great place to get some items you use a lot around the house.. but a better place to find some Competitive Prices on Spirits (Aka: Alcohol, Adult Beverages) hahaha! Sometimes a great deal on Quick Noodle Bowls, Asian Snacks & Canned Sardines. Worth checking out, since it's next to the Cannery Mall & Safeway. I hope this helps your Decision.

One star above 1 because all the employees here were great, knowledgeable and energetic. However, we bought a body board and had to return it 10 minutes later (actually) after finding it $11 cheaper at Walgreens down th street. Longs would only give us store credit, and only for the lowest sale price, which was $5 less than what we showed them from our credit card statement. Since Longs is now owned by CVS, it was a CVS card, but weird to think CVS would have such a backward return policy.

One of my most going places, usually get life essentials and medicines here, they always send me 30% off coupon and print 5 feet long receipt, you know that lol.. I go there about four times a week, just to see what's good and on sale ?

For Inter-Island Covid testers: DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I've tested numerous times through CVS Health but the ones in Hawaii play by different rules. You have to self pay and there is no such option on the website. (If there is, it's well hidden). I called to confirm on two occasions, noting I was traveling inter island and both people I spoke to said I was fine and booked properly. It wasn't until I showed up to the parking lot (it's not a drive thru as it states) that the snotty woman told me I didn't book it correctly and my husband's and my appointment was cancelled. She was so clueless that she actually recommended to cancel and rebook as if that's possible same day... appointments aren't available for DAYS. The other fun bonus - they say results take 2-4 days because they have to fly them to a lab on Oahu. So you have to test no more than 72 hours in advance, but CVS doesn't promise them until 96 hours post test. Be prepared to quarantine at your destination. Do yourself a favor - Go to Minit Medical. They are so much nicer and more informed. And their test turn time around is way faster.

Kind of a disaster to move a prescription there. No answer on phone to,pharmacy three times first thing in the morning. Lady I ended up talking to was hard to understand. Went in the next day, stood in line for 15 minutes, and then they said they were “still working on it” (from yesterday) even though it was just medicated shampoo. They were very short staffed to save a buck in my opinion.

It was not that long ago since this Longs (known as CVS outside of Hawaii) was redesigned, so I was surprised to see it had been redesigned again since the last time I was here a year ago. Previously there were a lot of tall shelves; for those of us on the short side or use wheelchairs or scooters, it was difficult to see around the store and reach some items. Now there is a mix of short and slightly taller shelves, making it easier to see the pharmacy which is at the back of the store. Also many more items are within reach. Things have been moved around, too, so you may need to reorient yourself if you've been here before. The store still carries a wide range of goods, aimed both at residents and tourists. That includes souvenirs. Longs comes out with a weekly ad each Sunday; it behooves you to check the sales before shopping. Copies of the ad are posted near all three entrances (two from the outside, one from inside the mall). In most cases, you can buy up to five (5) of any sale item at one time. Prices on Maui are not inexpensive, so many residents stock up and save. Note: If you need to buy decongestant that contains pseudoephedrine, you will have to go to the pharmacy. You must show ID and the amount you buy will be tracked electronically. This is true regardless of where you buy the medicine. There is abundant free parking, even during the holidays and when the evening luau across the street starts seating. A pretty fair amount of accessible parking with cutouts at each of the external entrances.
