Mike was awesome! Super easy to rent. Not expensive at all for the snorkel gear for the week. 2 for 1 snorkel deals!!!! Best part is you can return to any Boss Frogs!

Sue Dobbs was the sales associate who helped us with our rentals. I had rented snorkel equipment in the past when I have visited Maui, but Sue was the most thorough sales associate, in explaining how to properly fit the equipment as well as giving me some pointers on snorkeling. Sue also recommended best places to snorkel.

Best price. Rentals were in good condition. They also have a snorkel report on their website to give you an idea of where the best places are for your snorkeling adventure on a day to day basis.

Rented snorkel gear here. Guy was helpful in picking out gear and giving us a few locations to check out as well as places to park. Can return to any boss frog location which is great.Double check your gear before you leave. One of our float belt clips was broken which was discovered in the water. We floated on our belly instead but it was a bummer. Recommend getting the nicer snorkel cs the bottom line one as the quality is poor (you get what you pay for I suppose).

We rented snorkels here while on vacation. The prices are very reasonable and Mike helped us out. He suggested great places to snorkel, asked us about our trip and made us laugh the whole time. 10/10 would recommend for any rental needs while in the area.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. James, the salesman, refused to offer us any snorkeling gear, I asked him to show us what equipment and sizes we needed for two kids, and he refused to help, continuing to let us know that he could not help, not knowing what we wanted. I had two snorkeling packages on my hands totaling cost over $250, and after several polite attempts to get his advice, I ended up leaving without buying. I even asked if he was having a bad day or if we had done something to upset him, but nothing. Even my ten-year-old son asked me to leave without buying. Terrible!
