Bob's Car Care is now actually Juan's Car Care but the service remains impeccable - highly recommend! Juan & his team went the extra mile for me. Although the cost was a little higher than the original estimate, everything was explained to me and it made sense. Was very happy with their work and would highly recommend.Service: Engine repair

Went in for front brakes and an oil change... came out with a broken rim.. won't own the mistake and now my truck value is down $2k. Very very frustrating to say the least. Going to look for other options.

I wish I could give no stars for this review. I went in because a friend recommended then to me. After paying them $500 for an oil change and to replace two coils they told me that my car would only run for one more week and that I should highly consider selling it to them so that they could fix the car up and then give it to one of the mechanics wives because they needed a car. This is verbatim exactly what the owner said to me when I went to pick up my car after the repairs. They saw an opportunity to take advantage of me and to try to buy me out of my car, which runs perfectly fine by the Way. I then took it to a friend of mine who is also a mechanic. He said the only thing that needed to be replaced was one coil and that it should've been $50 for the coil and then maybe $50 for labor because it takes about three minutes to replace a coil. This is the biggest rip off of any place you'll ever go to get your car done and I highly recommend you never ever go here.

Omg so many wonderful things I can say about this place. They are so amazing especially Juan and his team. They were very helpful and patient and willing to work on my problem of a car that had a blown head gasket and so many other problems because I did have previous mechanics well thought they were mechanics work on my car came and left didn't call back or come back so juan and his team took my car in even though there were other cars they had to work on which was fine I wasn't in a rush as long as they got it working again I was happy. So thank u so much Juan I will definitely be ur returning customer. Family and friends if anything is wrong with ur car and it needs fixing no matter what side of the island ur on take it here to Bobs Car Care with new name Juan's Auto Care I highly recommend their services trust me u won't be disappointed ???

Needed to top up the rental car after a few weeks while in Maui, and found Bob's Car Care to be the only place to offer clear, quick, and affordable service. Even if we wanted to fill our tires, the gas stations in Kaanapali, Kahana, and Lahaina didn't help -- ALL of the air pumps were out of service inexplicably. So, when in Lahaina, Kahana, or Kaanapali, I'll only take my car to Bob's Car Service. They're the real deal! Mahalo!
