An Amazing Experience
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the boutique and I can't say enough good things about my experience there. From the moment I stepped through the door, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional.
Tanya took the time to understand my interests and preferences and provided knowledgeable guidance without any pressure. They walked me through the various Rolex models, highlighting the unique features and craftsmanship of each one. I never felt rushed, and she patiently answered all my questions.
I came back a couple days later and Marceline remembered me and my father, she took it from there and she was amazing, she was really interested in my needs and what I wanted, she took her time to show me the models I liked and she genuinely seemed interested in helping me with the time piece I wanted, I really felt understood and valued as a customer, I left the store with hopes that something might happen and I was right she made it possible and now I have one of my favorite timepieces and a new friendship.
Overall, this was truly an exceptional luxury shopping experience. The staff's attention to detail, product knowledge, and genuine customer focus is a testament to the high standards of the Rolex brand. I would highly recommend this boutique for anyone that wants to establish a new relationship.

I should’ve written this review months ago about our amazing experience while on vacation all thanks to Breezie! She’s become a family friend who we always look forward to seeing while in Maui. She genuinely cares and will go the extra mile to make shopping for something special an incredible experience. The entire staff is knowledgeable, personable and very professional.
I cannot recommend Tourneau Whalers Village enough. They have an amazing selection of fine jewelry and time pieces, you won’t be disappointed. Who knows you might even make a friend for life! Aloha and Mahalo!

We had such an amazing experience here thanks to Breezie!
We are getting married on the Island this week and I was looking for a timepiece to commemorate the occasion.
She was so kind as to show us a wide variety of time pieces to try on and answer all the questions I had.
The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly and it was such a fun and enjoyable experience being there.
Even though we are still looking for that perfect timepiece, our visit to Tourneau Whalers Village was definitely a highlight of our trip and we definitely be back soon!

Walked in today and was completely shocked at the attitude of the sales lady. Told me to basically fuck off in the most condescending way. Was wearing a Lange and my wife was wearing a panda Daytona. We are big watch people and just wanted to see if they had any watches in the back. First thing she says to us without even greeting us was..."we got nothing for sale". You can look... but again, we got nothing to sell. Not in a nice way, but a very condescending attitude. Didn't say bye or take care, just gave us a look and we headed out the door. The black sales lady was amazing from the side. She was helping a customer and she was extremely friendly and chatty. Another sales lady was in the back while a customer was receiving a new watch. I got stuck with this chubster who woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Amber at this store, and I must say, she truly stood out as one of the most exceptional salespeople I've ever encountered. Her approach was not only incredibly helpful but also genuinely kind, making the entire experience truly enjoyable.

I love this store, not like your typical Rolex dealer. Kalani is happy to help and discuss the watches with you. Very informative and always has something in stock. I'm waiting for a rare watch and know Kalani along with this store are on the lookout! MAHALO!

Decent selection. Sales people wouldn’t address me. I know I’m a young guy but was wearing a Rolex when I went in. A bunch of old tire kickers with Apple Watches were getting all the service and attention. None of them bought anything. I was definitely ready to buy but would rather take my business to my local shop where at least the sales people will acknowledge my presence.

the staff at this location was great. There was one gentleman who exceeded my expectations with client hospitality, his name was Kalani.. i won't forget his name because he treated me with so much respect and Aloha kindness. Please definitely go see him if you need assistance at that store. the store is very clean and well managed by the stores head manager.

My experience at this Tourneau location was remarkable. Kalani assisted me as I browsed the watches on display. In short, his service was the best I have received in some time, anywhere. Kalani was engaged, knowledgeable, and patient, willing to pull anything out of the case for me and then talk about geeky watch details on each piece. The store has a great selection of new and pre-owned, including a lot of certified Rolex. Surprising was their broad array of hard to find Rolex pieces to try on. I was able to narrow down to a few that I was interested in and put my name on "the list." While I wasn't as lucky as some other reviewers to get a call back just days later, I'm hoping that the waiting game won't be too painful. Thank again, Kalani, for the excellent in-store service!

Kalani truly makes dreams happen! From the moment I stepped into the shop, his warm welcome set the tone for an extraordinary experience. In my visit, I inquired about the elusive 126610LV, given my previous experiences I really wasn't expecting much. To my pleasant surprise, Kalani not only acknowledged my interest but invited me to a detailed discussion about my preferences and the significance of this potential acquisition. His genuine enthusiasm was evident as he guided me through trying on various models, igniting a sense of possibility within me. While I left the shop very happy with the experience, the real shock came just three days later. Kalani's message, urging me to call him back, revealed an unexpected turn of events: the desired 126610LV had arrived, I was astounded by this news. Upon collecting my brand-new 126610LV, I was greeted not just with this coveted timepiece but also with a celebratory setup, adding to the joy of my purchase. Kalani's exceptional service and his ability to turn what seemed like a distant dream into reality is nothing short of legendary. Kalani, you are indeed a legend in making dreams come true. I wanted to share my experience at Tourneau this past November. I was in Hawaii for my honeymoon and we booked a sunset cruise in Kaanapali, my wife and I decided to walk around before out cruise. We ended up walking into Tourneau to see what they had and we were greeted by the nicest woman (Marceline). There was no pressure to buy anything and she asked us if we were looking for anything in particular. I mentioned I liked Tudor watches and if they had a particular watch I wanted to acquire which they unfortunately did not have at the time.
I then started looking at the Rolex's, Marceline asked if there was a particular model I wanted or was interested in. I was not getting my hopes up since I know Rolex's have been hard to get. Marcy was not like other associates I have dealt with in the past, she really connected with me and my wife and was very down to earth. Even though I just met her she seemed like family. She let me know she would call me if they had anything I showed interest in....48 hours later she gave me a call and let me know that the watch I was interested was there!
Marceline made my first Rolex purchase a dream come true. The presentation when I got there was amazing and we just sat and chatted for almost an hour.
Thank you again Marcy and Tourneau for an amazing experience! I will most definitely be back and can hopefully add another piece to my collection soon!
