Again, on a Sunday whoever the lady is who works the Sunday morning shift needs to lose her job. Rude, obnoxious, and on the phone making personal calls while folks are trying to check out. I run a restaurant in Los Angeles and if this employee ever spoke to guests like that he would be fired immediately. The owners need to take stock in the staff, especially if they are going to charge these outrageous prices to their clientele

Damn, I said hello to the cashier, smiled, she didn’t say anything back and had a very annoyed face. Then I said thank you and smiled and she didn’t reply again ? as other bad reviews here say, very rude. It was on Sunday. How can you treat people like that man..

It’s the only place within easy walking distance of Poipu Beach that sells groceries, beer in 6 and 12-packs, and a bunch of other standard items. Yes, it is expensive but so is every other store and you pay a premium for proximity. High quality, large selection, hard to hate on the cost of convenience.

Girl at cash register on Sunday afternoon shift was more interested in texting than scanning our items. It seems every bad review is about her

A short woman (likely Sunday shift) cashier is probably the subject of every negative review here, yet the owner or manager has not acknowledged anything, let alone actioning on it. This cashier goes out of her way to ruin every customer's day. She somehow manages to keep her customer service job by pretending deaf and blind to customers. Amusing.

Keala was by far the most rude sales associate I have ever dealt with. I strongly suggest reading my previous yelps to ensure that I am not just writing bad reviews for no reason. Whoever manages the store can feel free to reach out to me directly. I have never been talked to the way she spoke to me. She also proceeded to cover her name tag when I asked to take a picture of her name tag only. If this individual represents the aloha spirit, I can assure you I will not be coming to this location ever again.

Clerk was aggressively belligerent and confrontational. I asked if they had blueberries and she went nuts. She was threatening not to process my order and all this in front of other customers. She should not be in a position to address customers.

Confirming prior reviews, the short woman cashier should never be in contact with customers. She is aggressively belligerent and threatening. Until she is fired I would recommend other options in the area. My interaction with her was on a Sunday so I assume that is her day as noted in prior reviews.

We were there the week after Thanksgiving picking up last minute souvenirs. I saw a small Humpback Whale book the cover was ripped. There were no others. The General Manager (Brandon) happened to be in the store and the cashier asked if I could get a discount, I offered $10.00 for a $13.00 book. He rudely said no, all he had to do was to send the book back to the supplier and he could get a whole refund. Three dollars and no Aloha attitude was not good service for a customer buying other things there. Poor service, I hope next time you consider customer service.

Worse service ever. The cashier Keala was very rude on 10/2/23. I purchased napkins and stood several times by the register with no help finally when she did come she said several rude comments to me. I would never recommend this store.

Expensive! Rude! Expensive! Rude!Avoid this store at all costs! Their prices are greater than hotel shops. Plan ahead for all of your food, snacks, wine and beer and anything else. Stop at stores on your way into the area. If not, you will pay nearly double what stores charge in other parts of the island. Besides being outrageously expensive, several of the cashiers are very rude! Most everyone we meet on the islands are very friendly, but there are a couple of staff here that should not be interacting with customers. So if you like overpaying for things and being treated rudely at the same time, this is the place for you.

They have everything you could need in a tiny, clean, organized convenience store. Nice addition to the little mall.
