Walked into this shop this morning happy and smiling. Walked out feeling sad and annoyed. The employee working here could not have been more aggressively unfriendly or unhelpful. Seriously angry person who took whatever their problems were out on me. I literally asked one polite question (whether they had another version of the thing I was looking at) and got barked at. This person needs to find another job. Prices are very high here, but I probably would have paid them if I had been treated with even basic civility.

The store is located in the Grand Hyatt near the front desk. They have a decent selection of swimwear and accessories. I bought sunscreen for $2 less than the other store in the hotel. I also bought a child's floater for $2. That is cheap compared to what the rental price. I'm tempted to buy a cute sweatshirt from the store but I don't know if I want to spend $50 for it. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had a question. Overall, I would visit again.
