I've already looked at several Hawaiian shirt brands in Honolulu. Tori Richards is the best brand in my opinion. I added another 2 shirts to my purchase in Honolulu.

Tori Richard creates the very best in Hawaiian shirts for men. My husband would not purchase a Hawaiian shirt until we happened to walk into Tori Richard. Now he has several of their silk shirts and has to purchase another one (or two) every time we are on island.

I really enjoy the designs of the men's button down shirts. Good selection. Slightly pricey (think Tommy Bahama). Good for a nice dinner or formal event on the island.

Horrible customer service. I took a pair of shorts off of the rack and the rack crashed down off the wall, at no fault of mine. The sales associate (gentleman with grey pony tail) rolled his eyes and shook his head like I did it on purpose. He walked over, not saying a word, to fix it. I left the store, and still he never said anything on my way out. He should not be in customer service.

I've been to 5 different Tori stores and this has the most terrible customer service. Went there on Th afternoon. No one was in the store. The lady that works there just stare at you and tell you they don't have stuff when you ask if they have a certain design. She asks if you went to the other store in the Grand Hyatt and when I asked if she knows if they had it, she tells me she doesn't work there so she doesn't know. Know duh you don't work there! You're standing in this store. Usually they call the other store to check for you. Isn't that standard customer service? They did at all the other Tori stores on other islands. What is wrong with her. Don't work there if you hate your job. And dress appropriate to your age. Way too old to be wearing a slutty off shoulder mini skirt for work. Just go to the one at the grand hyatt and save your self an eye sore and wasting time. GH store much nicer like all the other Tori stores in the islands.

I fell in love with the clothing from this place on my recent visit to Kauai. At first I was put off by the price, but I loved some of the patterns they had and ended up picking up two shirts and a pair of shorts. The price is definitely steep but the quality was so nice I ended up going back for a second visit before I left the island. Most of the items are made in Hawaii which is great, although the more expensive silk shirts are surprisingly made in China. The sales person was also super kind and helped me pick out the correct sizes of everything.

Super cute designs and patterns. Some funky retro prints. Pricey though. All made in Hawaii.

Best shirts in Hawaii. For design and high quality. Not cheap but worthy. They also have shops in everybairport so easy to buy them everywhere.

Lots of parking and great restaurant options in a classy upscale shopping center. There are nice breezes that blow through here and a nice mixture of shops and eats. From a market for deli type pick up foods and shrimp shack, to fancy steakhouse type restaurants there is something for everyone here. For locally made goods there are cute boutiques that have items in their windows that draw you in. If you got sunburned there are several shops that sell rashguards as well as sun protectant and aloe cooling products. There is a good mix of retail for women here including Tori Richards, Tommy Bahama, Blue Ginger, surf brand shops, and smaller boutiques. Lovely relaxing place to spend an evening once the sun begins to set!

Wear an outfit from Tori Richard, and you will stand out in a crowd. The clothes are high-quality, colorful, and beautiful. The fabric is durable and very comfortable on your skin. Best of all, the clothes are cut and sewn in Hawaii, meaning you get to support the local economy. The quality of the clothing means that there is a pretty price tag attached to it, but it is worth your money for the long time that it will last and how many compliments you will get. This Tori Richard store in Poipu is conveniently located at The Shops at Kukui'ula and has a nice selection of clothing. Mary helped me pick out an aloha shirt for a friend. She is super friendly and welcoming - even taking the time to tell me about the local area and suggest places to go and things to do. Customer service like that does not exist everywhere, but the staff at Tori Richard is always so wonderful and makes the shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. Keep an eye out for the clearance section if you want to save some money.

The Shops at Kukuiula is a pleasant open air mall not far from many of the places to stay in Poipu. There are many options for food in all price ranges - from Ruth's Chris to icky Bubba's burgers and all in between. There is ice cream and a shaved ice place (which was just ok). There is also a natural grocery market and Longs drugs. There are a lot of shops with goods (all on the pricey end) some art and more clothing stores, which were also pretty pricey because, well, tourism. If anything it's a nice little mall walk as there was often live music and there are many benches to sit and people watch.
