Clerk was extremely rude. When I inquired about a few bottles on display behind the counter (blantons and louis 13 apparently neither for sale) he said "don't worry about what's back here, there's a reason its back here, there's plenty out there on the shelves. Like bro what? On the way out I told him not to be an AH to customers and he didn't even look up. Strongly recommend against coming here.

Nicely kept wine shop. Bad cigars. Unless you like paying premium cigar prices for a low quality cigar.

I would give this negative stars if i could. I have never had worse customer service. We stopped in to place an order for liquor to shipped home as a gift. We were charged accordingly for the liquor and have no idea if it will be received.We called with questions regarding the order, and were treated extremely poorly on the phone multiple times. We had to stop into the shop a second time to ask about the order and was promised it would be shipped out immediately and we would receive tracking. We have waited over a week for any confirmation. We called again to check on the order and Dan could not have been more rude or uncooperative. He was unwilling to help us every time we went inside or called. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone visiting the island. Drive further away and save yourself time, frustration and money lost. What a disappointment to an otherwise beautiful island.When discussing our poor interaction with locals, it was obvious that Dan is well known for being arrogant, rude and disrespectful to everyone he interacts with.

Dan is the absolute worst, and lies on the phone and in person. This is first review I have ever written, specially because of how awful the service was. NEVER go here. There are so many other wonderful people on this island that Dan is not worth interacting with. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else for wine, liquor or marriage licenses. I wish I could give this less than 1 star.

Fantastic place. My son was proposing to his girlfriend while on vacation in Kauai. I'm in California and wanted to surprise them with her favorite sparkling wine. Dan was able to get 2 bottles in time and create a wonderful basket for them. They also delivered within the timeframe I wanted. Great customer service and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

The Wine Shop is one of Kauai's best shops on the island. I recently asked if they carried a product and they responded suggesting another store. I was able to contact that store and place an order. Thank you Wine Shop!

A very cute store that is well stocked with high-quality wines and accoutrements difficult to find elsewhere in Kauai. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and pointed me to a bottle of Ex Post Facto Syrah that we thoroughly enjoyed later at our condo.
