We hit up this store and really enjoyed the bed and feel of the sheets. The salesman, Brock was super nice and informative. We was really knowledgeable and professional. My dad loved the shirt we bought him.

Junk expensive I wouldn’t even go into that store only stupid stuff inside no more respect the boys playing games the boy’s pocket the money & playing around not even clean I would tell on social media it’s not worth it rip off

Cariloha makes the best shirts. Their tshirts are my favorite. They are so comfortable to wear. Abby was fantastic. She was very helpful in continuing to look in the back for our right size. Love this store.

They had a great sale (30%) when we went to the store; however, they didn't have two of the gel pillows. We ended up getting only one. Hopefully another one comes in soon and they have a great sale at that time too!

This is a hard review to write because I have used cariloha sheets for years and have only recently experienced issues. My partner and I upgraded to a king size bed (best decision ever)! I was very excited to order our brand new King size cariloha bamboo sheets for our brand new bed. We received the sheets, washed them per the instructions, and slept like babies the first night. That was the end of our bliss (with the sheets, of course) as they has pilled up by the 2nd day. Day 3 was even worse. I had to buy a de-piller from Amazon. So, I let them know and they did send me a new set of sheets (even though the customer service rep stated that they do not replace their sheets for pilling). Again, I washed the sheets and put them on the bed...day 3 the sheets had pilled up. It seems that the quality of the bamboo sheets have gone down, but the price has remained quite high. Maybe I just got 2 sets out of a bad batch, but it was definitely enough that I do not plan to buy any more sheets from the company. Which is sad, because they have always been the most comfortable sheets.

Yeah, I'm sold on bamboo threads, if I could afford it, I'd sleep in bamboo, clothe myself in it, wipe my nose and my... the point is, bamboo is very, very comfortable, particularly in t-shirt form, where it instantly provides that super soft, snuggly TV night feel that takes months, if not years to achieve from cotton. But I did not buy a t-shirt, here. Just felt 'em. Just got my grubby sweaty hands on their virgin threads. The electricity was out, nobody saw me. Actually, the owner was there and she was super attentive and friendly, informative and just a tad... used car salesman? She was just so excited about the incredible DEALS! And she had a good one: probably one of the more original plaid button-down short sleeve shirts I've seen, it was half off, and just barely affordable. And I wore it for all the formal occasions I attended on this island, and I was the coolest person in the room, and everybody told me so. Not.

This was one of only a few stores in the plaza I thought was really cool. I had purchased two products, one being a low cut pair of socks. Within no more than 60 seconds after my purchase putting them on in the doorway, I told the friendly associate that I’d chosen the wrong size (options 7-10 or 10-13). I’d chosen the size ten on the larger end. She said too bad, no returns due to hygiene. Seriously? Mere seconds,—yet I can try on a shirt or pants and that’s not a hygiene problem? So I was stuck with a $10 waste of money and a sour taste for this brand who advertise “if you’re not happy return the item with your receipt”. Where was the giant asterisk on that statement.
