Uplift Maui is a beautiful yoga studio located at Hotel Wailea. Aerial yoga is about trust, support, and surrender. Great for visitors and locals who want to be held by the silk and the flow of life. Dre is an experienced, gentle, and loving yoga instructor. Highly recommended, especially if you are staying at Hotel Wailea. You will feel uplifted, joyful, and held by life.

Dre is a very knowledgeable instructor. She helped me to fine tune my skills. It was great to try a silk aerial class while in Maui and keep up my strength while I was on my vacation. I will be back again for another class. Mahalo?

Uplift Maui is a Maui Gem. I have personally attended Dre’s Aerial Yoga classes which left me feeling grounded and truly uplifted. My three girls have attended the Keiki Silks for three years. Coach Dre is a strong, passionate, creative, empowering role model for my children. She is trustworthy and emphasizes safety and competence. I highly recommend Uplift Maui.

I loved this experience. It was fun to try something new for the first time. The instructor was so calm, peaceful and explained well and helped out with kindness. It was a good workout and the place was cute too. It was just cool to try this!

I enrolled for aerial yoga the week they opened after covid closure. Super impressed with their protocols to keep guests safe. The instructor is very kind and understanding. The class was limited to 4 people spaced wide apart and ranged from noobs to experienced yogis. The silks are of superior quality and the teacher makes everyone feel comfortable. Parking is plenty and location easy to find. At the end of the class, they gave fresh towel with aromatherapy with lemongrass and few more essence. Its was heavenly. I highly recommend this place.

Uplift Maui is amazing! Dre is a grounded, knowledgeable, patient and encouraging teacher. The location is beautiful. Wide open studio with ocean views! I bought a 5 week series for myself for my birthday and it has been the best gift I have ever given myself. I am getting stronger physically and mentally. I am hooked!

Did a private trapeze class with my girlfriend and it was a ton of fun! Dre (the instructor/owner) was really friendly and accommodating and the studio was absolutely beautiful. After the 45 min class my partner and I did a really fun routine we learned and filmed it to music - so great! I would highly recommend it!

Words that come to mind when taking classes at Uplift Maui are rejuvenation, strength, playfulness, and relaxation. Each class is a wonderful experience and Dre is an incredibly kind and supportive teacher. I have recently re-committed to my fitness, and Uplift classes are great for all levels. I am a beginner currently and find I get a nice balance of warmth, movement, play, and relaxation in each class. The location makes the entire experience feel very special- overlooking the ocean and trees.

I love this space! Dre is a fantastic and inspiring teacher. I picked hotel Wailea for this amazing experience to practice silks in a truest uplifting place! I can't wait to come back.
