My wife and I never SUP before so we weren't sure what to expect. Maria was a great teacher. Really friendly, patient and gauging the lesson to our ability and comfort. She taught us on land first, which was a real bonus. It helps you think things through without worrying you're going to wipeout. Once in the water, Maria was a great guide--encouraging when we were doing well and gently reminding us when we needed to correct something. It was so fun and cool to learn from a pro. Highly recommend!
