Extremely nice people. Came in here as we needed a mouth piece for our snorkel gear. They weren't sure if they had a piece that fit our specific snorkel but they were friendly enough to try and 5 minutes later they came out with our 2 snorkels with new mouth pieces. Once I asked the price they just said your good! Didn't have to pay and on top of that told us about great snorkel spots, what to look out for, what sunscreen to use and any other questions i had. Great people and very knowledgable.

My usual place to rent snorkel gear while I'm in Hawaii. Staff member was super duper helpful and patient with my wild family. We kept changing our mind and had 2 kiddos with us. Staff member helped fix our gear rental for longer and always had a smile. Thank you! Extra kudos for this location! Super convenient and well priced. Recommend!

Terrible experience with a new worker Melissa who continuously mispronounced and misspelled my name and was extremely rude. While the rest of the store is probably fine, all interactions with her were absolutely terrible and led me to purchase snorkel attire elsewhere.

Great service and lots of options. They have everything from snorkeling gear, to chairs, to coolers and you can even book your trips here. The service was exceptional and Shayla shared the best dive spots, helped us with our gear and gave us a great restaurant recommendation.

First trip to Maui and we didn't know a thing about where to go or what to do with an eight and 12 year old kid combo... Snorkel Bob's to the rescue! They hooked us up with a skim board, boogie boards and snorkel gear. All top notch stuff and best of all the advice on where to go and when to go there! If you can support one business in this space, Snorkel Bob and company more than deserve it. And did I mention reasonable prices?!?! We're still oh so pleasantly shocked at the value and helpfulness.

Great recommendations for snorkeling spots! Safety of customers is more important to the staff than making money. We wanted to rent snorkeling gear and go to the south coast. Due to high waves, staff made it clear that snorkeling wouldn‘t be a good idea since we wouldn‘t see anything and it wouldn’t be safe for us. Amazing service!

For a snorkeling shop, this is as good as it gets. I appreciated the staff; my friends went to rent gear on a really bad condition day and the guy working was very vocal warning us about that, to steer us away from renting. He was 100% correct (we tried anyway, it was their last day on Maui)
