“Easy. I reserved a space online, same day, went to the office, completed the documents, and all set. Friendly and competent service. A very fluid process. Friendly heads-up. Realize that there are fees. One time Admin fee $29, Insurance $12 monthly. This particular unit has (2) locks, one is provided and free to use, not keep. We purchased a lock there for $19.99. I recommend buying your own padlock in advance. Overall a great experience, I would recommend the service. We ordered an 8x4, good size, plenty of room.”
