“Service was excellent with our passports. We ran into some issues and the staff was accommodating, patient and smart in troubleshooting not just our issues but the issues of several other customers as she (darn it, I forget her name, but she was amazing) juggled different issues from poorly shot photos, incomplete applications, or missing identification cards. She had such sympathy for the customers as she commented, "Someone has got to help these people... Kihei doesn't do passports, nor does... " and she just took on everyone's frustrations and was so kind and amazing. I will update this review with her name, if I can recall it. So sorry, my dear postmistress, but you were amazing, and I wish I had written this sooner, so that I could properly give you appreciation.”

“Friendly helpful staff, but I'm really let down by the fact that there's no label vending machine like most other post offices. I usually don't need service in person and would happily skip the line and use a machine to get an accurate weight and measurement for my packages.”
