I'm not really sure what has happened to the chicken but for at least two years I have noticed a huge difference in the quality (at every location). ,The chicken is always over cooked, the tuna salad was so dry that I had to add mayo and seasoning to it at home. It just looked and tasted like it was just tuna right out of the can. The chicken thighs are smaller than the drumsticks. How is that even possible? Please fix it you all were the best chicken on island before.

Service for ordering food was terrible. Wanted to order a chicken cutlet bowl with gravy on the side. The person who was helping me and there was no line steered me ready made warm foods telling me it's there available. Looking through all bowls none was present. Again I asked for the bowl then she showed me the chicken and rice on the tray. So it's not what you want, it's what they can give you that's already made?! I walked out.... Never again I will return.

Surprisingly minimal stop has some of the best fried chicken on island period. Always fresh and hot!!

i was advised to get spam musubi from minit stop because it's quick, easy, inexpensive, and filling while you're on the go. i was a little skeptical because gas station food is looked down on where i'm from, but the minit stop spam musubi was tasty and ticked every box.

Heard about how good the fried chicken was. We ordered dark meat and sadly the chicken was dry and stringy. More like jerky. The kids fodnt eant to eat it snd which kid dorsnt lije fried chicken? dvery disappointed.

The only thing you need to get from here is the chicken cutlet plate, gravy all over. Comes with the infamous minit stop chicken, chopped up for easier consumption. Two scoops of rice and a scoop of Mac salad. Gravy all over. Oh and a drink! Very convenient and quick service! Place is in a great location to stop by for a snack or gas before the beach or on the way home.

I ordered the chicken to be made fresh. When I arrived, it was still cooking. I got it home and $30 of chicken was very over cooked. What a waste. Ugh.

We went in to pick up some dinner. We got the fried chicken plate. The chicken was dry and tasted like it's been sitting under the heat lamp for hours.

I’m always grateful to find a gas station when you’re running low. But it’s not very often that you have to hold down the handle to fuel up because the little trigger couch is stripped. Super annoying and I noticed that each of the other customers were doing the same. Holding their own gas instead of washing a window or walking away for something else. Highly suggest you get this fixed.
