“Excellent & efficient service. Manager "Lisa" was very accommodating when we tried to meet deadline for processing and obtaining lab results. Staff also friendly and Professional. Office is clean & environment is enforced by Covid-19 guidelines. We were in and out of there with no waiting around. ?”
“Clinical Lab's Pakana location was always a mystery to me until recently. Where in the world is it, I wondered? Turns out, "Pakana" is the name of the street which is just off of Waiko Road in Waikapu, and is near to our home.
Parking is adequate in their private lot or on-street as the area isn't fully developed. There are more staff working here than at their Kahului clinic on Hana Highway, so service has been a lot quicker, and online appointments more widely available. Reception and phlebotomists have been welcoming and professional.
Lab results are quick, viewable online on the next business day.
The only hiccup I’ve encountered are bills received that show no insurance application, forcing me to call in to relay the info regardless of reception making photo copies of my insurance card before going in. Other than that, it’s been smooth sailing.

“The technician in this Clinic Maxine was absolutely amazing I hardly felt anything at all when she drew blood my past experience has been absolutely horrible considering that I have very small veins and it's always been a problem with every technician to try to draw blood from me so it was a relief to find an experience technician that withdrew blood and virtually pain-free and I am grateful and appreciate very much”

“This is a pop up clinical labs in the Maui memorial medical center outpatient clinic. I hope this stays as a permanent clinical labs location because this was THE MOST convient and efficient location I've ever been to. Because I am a patient here, you can just walk in to do requested labs instead of making an appointment weeks from now. The phlebotomist at this location was really nice and really good at her job. I'm very excited and impressed.”

“These labs are all over but this one is closest to my house so I come here when I have to do fasting labs. Things have gotten progressively worse over the last year. You take a number before you can sign in . I arrived at 6:45 am today and it took 33 minutes just to check in , then another before my blood was drawn. I guess everyone thought they'd get in early . So plan Accordingly! Once inside the phlebotomists are first rate. I'm the kind that's a difficult draw and at other labs have had painful bruise inducing draws but never once here or at any other of the Clinical labs on the island.”

“Had a good experience at Clinical Labs in Kihei/Wailea getting a PCR test for travel to Australia. Booking online was easy, and test result was back in 24 hours (promised in under 48 hours). Very little wait for the paperwork, payment and swabbing (about 15 minutes). The cost was reasonable (120$). Parking was easy. I would definitely recommend this clinic for PCR testing.”
