Jennifer was great at helping me find a swimsuit after I told her what I was looking for. Nice selection of swimsuits.

Most of the souvenir and gift shops along the strip down Kihei Road are similar, with lots of beach wear, pineapple gifts, postcards and jewelry. The lady Jennifer was quite helpful when I saw a case of sterling silver jewelry on sale 1/2 price. I picked out this delicate sea turtle sterling silver bracelet and she even put it on for me. She also pointed out sales on pearls and other accessories. I loved their vintage postcards and had a blast shopping here!

Return policy sucks (as in there is not one). I would just avoid this store completely unless you're willing to throw your money away. Swimwear is ridiculously overpriced for terrible quality. I had to by one quickly because my baggage was lost and never ended up using it. Didn't realize you can't return swimsuits at all. Not even for store credit. Not worth it!

Avoid this place. Run, not walk to anywhere else I lost my rash guard and walked across the beach to Maui clothing company on Kihei Road. The quality of clothing is terrible, but I have no choice so I proceeded to shop. When I went to check out, they told me they would not accept my credit card because I did not have a picture ID. Not carrying my entire purse to the beach, of course I did not have it. It was not as much what they said, but how they said it. Demeaning and disrespectful. Telling me that all others find it necessary for their safety, and what was wrong with me. Laughing at me and raising their voices. It was both employees there. They might hate their job or hate tourists. But please don't take it out on us.

Don't shop here unless you are sure of your purchase. NO RETURN policy is not good customer service. They should warn you before you hand over your money. After discussing the size of a men's shirt for my son with the pleasant sales lady at the Lahaina store last night, I told her I'd buy it. My thought was that I'd check with my DIL this morning with regard to the size and return if too large. The shirt was too large so I went to the Wailea store to return this morning. I was told no returns. "It's printed on your receipt." Lots of good that does after you've made your purchase. The lady said lots of stores in Hawaii are doing that. I have not noticed, but then I normally don't need to make returns. All I can say is beware of this store's NO RETURN policy. I now have store credit for $100.00. Lucky me!

Terrible experience. The shop had some nice swim suits however I never even got to try them on. The clerk first asked if I would like a changeoom but once I got to it she kept asking if I was wearing sunscreen. Of course I was but it had been applied earlier in the day and was now absorbed. She refused to allow me to try them on inisiting I come back without sunscreen on. This is impossible here with the temperatures an myself being fair skined. She then informed us it was store policy as we left yet nowhere inside or out could we find anything posted. Overall it was very disappointing and extreamly poor customer service. The interaction left me with a bitter taste in my mounth and made me feel like I had done something terribly wrong. Lost out on our sales permantely, would not advise shopping here if you value customer service.
