This place was in a great spot. Not right in the middle of everything, but close enough to get to anything we needed. The Oceanview from the lanai made it perfect. The only improvement I can think of would be including where the beach chairs and such are located in the binder that is in the unit. Everything you need is there, but we didn't find it until later in the day. I would definitely recommend this unit, and would absolutely stay again!

The location is good, it’s a 15 min walk to the kam 3 beach We had a unit toward the back, up a hill). Keawakapu beach is very close as well. The house was fairly clean (some bugs and kitchen could have been a bit cleaner) but the beds were comfortable and there was blow up air mattresses so we didn’t have to use the sofa bed. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and it was a decent stay for the price. Beach chairs, mats, kids toys and boogie boards were available to use. The pool has some extreme rules that prioritize use for adults so it’s not really kid friendly. Also, the insulation is not great between units so i felt like i constantly needed to remind my kids to be quiet. The two pools are NOT wheelchair accessible.
Nearby activities: This place is right across from the Kihei boat ramp so you can walk to the meeting location for Seafire and blue water rafting tours going out to Molokini.

Was looking forward to staying in a unit I booked online. Vacasa was "unable to verify" my payment without my identity being confirmed for some reason , and I was told to go to the office to verify my identification and card information in person. When I arrived there was no one here to help me. I had to call vacasa back, spent 30 minutes CORRECTING the incorrect information collected by the first customer service representative due to the language barrier. She spoke poor English which resulted in her entering incorrect information provided to her. After being vetted for 45 minutes I was told that because it was originally entered wrong, they would not honor my reservation. There was no email to send photo verification or any other way besides being put on hold and asked a milllion questions while the rep went to and fro between myself and idk, the FBI perhaps ? This was an all day fiasco that resulted in us now having no reservation or place to go for the night as most sites will not book after a certain time, and no hotels having check in on staff after a.certain time. I guess what im saying is if someone with an accent from vacasa's hotline is helping you, make sure they are collecting your email right the first time or.youll be sleeping in your car. What an absolute nightmare.

C108 no refrigerator, AC broken, no warning, no corrections, no compensations, not kid friendly, don't recommend this unit....... although the facility is nice for boring couples/ financially poor but high class elderly..... if this is you, come and stay they'd appreciate your easy money.... I feel sorry for the homeowner of this unit, it's unacceptable!!!! And poorly managed, shouldn't have even been on the rental market!!! The facility Vacasa guy Keoki said he was gonna take care of the bedroom AC but never came. It was a sweat box. Hopefully this helps to light a fire up somebody's bunghole and more pleasant reviews will be earned.... On the other hand because of the heat we rented another unit B202 Awesome Unit!!! Facility still the same though pool is nice for shhhhhh be absolutely quiet not even a peep or I'm gonna tell

We stayed in room c109. Room was very spacious and had every possible cooking/baking gaget as well as stocked on many extras you wouldn't think you would need on vacation like bug spray. The lanai area was relaxing and room is just steps away from the pool. Owners provided pool noodles and chairs in a storage unit outside. And closet is stocked with many extra bedding, towels and accessories.The only down FALLS were the unit had sugar ants. Breakfest was made and while waiting for my husband to come out and eat ants were already coming out. We had left a pan fully cover on the counter and ants still managed to find its way inside. I also don't believe it was just this unit it was also a issue in my cousins unit B202 since we were here on a family vacation. It could possibly be a problem within the buildings. Pillows were flat and hard (they did have extras in the closet but all weren't fluffy and welcoming) my husband ended up going out to purchase us new ones. From the moment we got in the full fridge wasn't working maintenance brought in a mini fridge to accommodate us which wasn't big enough at all to cover all our food needs for the weekend. I tried to do a little baking since the kitchen was fully stocked only to find out the mixer was completely broken after I had purchase all the needed ingredients. The air conditioner in the master bedroom had us sweating 2 nights in a row. It made a loud noise and wasn't blowing any air for a good hour then weirdly would kick back on. We also got noise complaints left and right at the pool all because our kids were being kids laughing and playing as if kids would. If you have kids that love to swim at the pool you might just want to take them somewhere else. It was only 11am and the security came and told us to keep it down meanwhile they have signs posted "quite time" is from 6pm-9pm. The list of rules is beyond normal for any pool we have ever been to.Hoping that with all these little changes the owner could defiently have a over all amazing spot. Location was perfect, landscaping and overall cleanliness was inviting and truly gives you the feel of being on vacation but still having the luxury of your own home supplies avaliable.

Love this place! Awesome complex and would definitely recommend both to families and couples. Super close walking distance from the beach (casual beaches w good snorkeling) and also a short drive to Wailea. I totally recommend coming with a group and staying in different condos, it’s so comfortable and laid back.
