Had new tires put on and alignment. Tires were off brand at my request, very inexpensive but decent quality. They only charged for front alignment when they could have said both front and back were needed and I would have shrugged and paid. They worked quickly while I waited and cost was reasonable. I’ll go back again next time we need something. Satisfied

Brought car in for possible bearings, tires etc. Was not informed of a fee for evaluating car; was quoted $1000 for two tires (!) i.e. $350 a tire plus mount/balance plus $200 for alignment. Quoted $750 for two brake pads (!). Called a reputable local shop and was quoted about half: $995 for four tires, mount, balance, and alignment. For the same tires that this place quoted $350 retail, paid about $225 retail. Went to pick up car and was charged $100 for diagnosis which was not disclosed at the time we brought the car in. We would have considered this shop if the price was close to others but double doesn't cut it. ***updated review based on owner's response, I appreciate their consideration of the issues and the professionalism of the response. The evaluation fee is also reasonable as long as it's disclosed up front. Also appreciate the pricing issue, I understand that it's a tough market and they also may have to pay retail for their tires.

I tried to make an appointment here to get my brake pads replaced and needed a rental car. I was able to make an appointment over the phone and was called back a couple days later to be told to cancel my appointment because my rental car was given away.

They ordered the wrong tires for my Porsche then put one on backwards to boot! Messed up my alignment and had to pay to have it flipped and realigned. I will not be returning. Nice folks though , just not detailed or serious enough to handle my assets.

Horrible service after sale. Once you have purchased a vehicle, they will not return your calls or honor any agreements made.
