Great customer service, the gentleman who helped us and his team were great. We looked around, and left to see if wifey wanted anything from Prada (They opened late and didn't even come to the door, just held up two fingers to say they open at 11a even though they opened 6 minutes late) and Louis Vuitton (They clearly didn't want our business) we then ended back at BV And Gucci. The service in these two stores did great. Wifey got a Jodie in pink and while completing the purchase they gave her champagne and sparkling water.....LV needs to take lessons. Inventory was plentiful and it was clear, and very unique in the way it was organized. Hats off!

We usually buy from Channel and Hermes. Every handbag purchased from bottega has fallen apart in less than one year. Staff is also arrogant and rude. Do not buy from this store. A handbag from China is better quality.

I had a great experience shopping here with Clarisa, who helped me ordered the exact belt I wanted, went through the exchange process and a mis-delivered package even though we are 6 timezones apart. Great service all around. Managed to snatched the double strap belt before it went up price and enjoyed some island discount! Would highly recommend anybody who has a bottega item in mind to check them out.

We bought our first Bottega Veneta here. The first genuine Italian made purse ever and it's considered a bargain for those bagain hunters like us. First, the price is much discounted. Second, we paid lower state tax then in our home state. We are looking forward to shop here again in the near future.

Clarisa made shopping fun and welcoming for changing our minds. Ultimately ended up with the first eyed bag while she offered the patience to select and try out each item without rushing through. Love the HI prices and the lower tax from Mainland. The Shops at Wailea are worth the 35 min drive from Ka'anapali and not crowded as Whaler Shops are. Thank you Clarisa for Megan's 1st BV and making the travel after COVID SIP part of our good memories.

Shoppers beware that this lovely shopping center is currently under going renovation. Much construction noise has for now, eliminated a peaceful shopping experience. Many of the stores remain open, but the construction is anticipated to last most of 2020. Looking forward to hearing more about what changes are in store.

There are a few high end shops catered for Japanese tourists. The rest is typical of any mall in America. There are a number of restaurants, ice cream parlor, ABC store, clothing stores ...etc. This is an interesting place just to browse about.

Pretty small and dead plaza. Gps was going nuts trying to give me directions to this place. Cute shops in an outdoor mall type of setting. I mainly went here to get some Honululu cookies. Parking is validated with 25 dollar purchase. The abc store here has more merchandise compared to other abc stores. Lots of high end stores like prada, tiffany, LV, and gucci.

Nice shops for gifts and souvenirs. Also enjoyed the island gourmet markets! Will definitely come back the next time I am in town. The common areas are clean and there is a nice selection of shops here. They did not have live music the night I was here but I saw the advertisements for it. Hopefully next time.

Seems like a really nice shopping area. Plenty of high end retailers and restaurants. We enjoyed the ambiance of the open air mall space with beautiful trees towering above. The ins and outs of the operation if you catch my drift are a bit cumbersome, but I guess they have their reasons.

You have stores that sell $5,000 purses and $30,000 watches but you have paid parking for $1 an hour.

It's a very beautiful mall. It's interesting that you have to pay to park, first hour is free, if you spend over $25, they give you another ticket that covers you for 4 hours. When leaving you have to submit your original blue ticket, then the validation ticket. There was a particularly foul smell when we entered Longhi's restaurant as well as in between Longhi's and the Cheeseburger place next door. Overall, the shops are okay and are pricey.

I just love the Shops at Wailea. There are so many awesome stores, you will always find exactly what you need. They also have many great restaurants to choose from. One of their best activities are the concerts on the third Wednesday of each month from 5:30-7:00. Tonight we were fortunate enough to see Del Beazley, who is a three time Na Hoku Hanohano award winner. He brought along a Halau that was simply beautiful!! It was an incredible performance!! If you're ever looking for something to do on the third Wednesday, head to the Shops at Wailea!!
