Spent over 1 hour on hold. Simply unacceptable and the customer service experience is diminished! I hung up after an hour.

Customer service is fine with tellers, but to schedule a notary, wire transfer, any business transaction has been impossible. I do not want to schedule by computer, was referred to private notary, and can't do a wire transfer until 8 days from now. More examples, but our account is being closed. Horrible business practices.

Had a cashier's sent to me Fedex from my bank in Oregon. I put it in for deposit and BOH put an 8 working days (13 days total) hold on a my bank's cashier's check. I could understand 3 days...but 8? Wow. I also deposited 2 personal checks for a job and they cleared in 2 days.
