  Terrible experience, the teller was unable to provide correct change for a simple $100 bill.

  If you expect service from a bank.. even basic service.. this is not your bank. Never had a worse experience at a bank I was only in for 5 minutes.

  Spent over 1 hour on hold. Simply unacceptable and the customer service experience is diminished! I hung up after an hour.
