They charged more than $200 for cleaning fee. But it doesn't included room cleaning while you stay, you need to ask for linens and towels change (because they don't do if you don't ask) alsoooo you have to dump your trash!!!! I thought it is a regular hotel but not!!!!! Pool is smaller than our community pool. Hard to find a parking, also they sell it like hotel but even there is no reception. It is smaller than our kid room. Waste of money with all hidden fees. I am very sure you can find better ones.

The place was better than we expected. There was room service even though it was mentioned they will not be any, which was great. The location is very good. There is a really nice beach just across the road. Highly recommend!

The Hotel is walking distance to the beach. Lots of restaurants that are close by to choose from.
Our room was quite nice with a full kitchen, electric stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, etc
Queen size bed in the bedroom, 2 3/4 baths.
Washer and Dryer in the room that you don't have to pay per load.
Service and staff are really nice.

The location is really good and the beach is right in front so you can swim at any time. There are many cheap hotels and restaurants, as well as many markets. I looked around all of Maui, and it seems to be the most crowded with people. It's good if you're not looking for a quiet resort. If you make a reservation with Costco Travel, you can get a travel package that includes a hotel, airplane, and rental car. It's cheap and convenient. This condo charges an advance cleaning fee of $150 upon check-in, but they do not clean the room. There is no cleaning between check-in and check-out, and you are provided with the necessary items. Towels, soap, coffee cups, toilet paper, etc.... I'm curious as to what the cleaning fee is used for and whether it's the entire hotel or room cleaning. Still, I had a good time because the location was good~~~

A little shocked by some of the reviews here. This is a solid 3/5 hotel, not a 5/5... not even close to a 5/5!
Photos on expedia were outdated. The suites were a lot older than we expected. Big suites though, which we appreciated. We also loved the two bathroom set-up. Location was great if you want south Maui, it's right across from the beach. We got 2 beach chairs and a parasol included, so that was very nice to have access to.
Cleaning service was better than expected (we were told we wouldn't get cleaning besides maybe one day). Appreciated that!
Parking was weird. Yes, great to have parking, but so many spots were reserved for "owners" (I had no idea this was an aparthotel, I thought it was just a regular hotel where everyone was a visitor)... yet so many of those spots were empty. You guys should really clear those spots when owners aren't around. It'd make parking a lot easier for paying guests.
Check-in staff were just generally not very friendly. One woman yelled at another person trying to check in and he yelled back, kind of weird to witness lol. Not the best way to start a vacation but I quickly checked in and left the scene! One check-in staff member looked miserable to be there and that's fine, but she didn't really say anything as I walked in to ask her things, I had to really push for help. Not exactly ideal.
Pool was decent. Hot tub was great. The pool was often pretty busy, surprisingly, so be prepared for that.
Definitely a tad overpriced for what it is but I understand the value and that Maui is expensive to visit. Overall, a decent experience, not a ton to complain about, satisfactory and some nice bonuses like the beach chairs but absolutely not worth paying more than what we paid for!
Another thing to add - we ended up being charged more extra fees than what was stated on expedia... so be prepared for that. It was $100 more than what we were told it would be. Some transparency would be great next time.
Walkability: Decent walkability to some coffee shops and great for the beach.

Great spot in Kihei for a low key, comfortable stay. Free parking. 2 pools and hot tubs, with gas grills in the pool area. Seems like condo short term rentals, each unit is different looking. Right across from the beach and a 25 minute walk to an area with a bunch of restaurants. Walking distance to souvenir shops and a couple restaurants. Would recommend because of the close beach, free parking, and low key vibes.

Rooms: Clean and in great repair. Our view unfortunately was of the parking lot. Smoking area was provided in the parking lot. Was not aware there was no elevator so made it a bit difficult for our elders. But our bad for not asking. Pool area had lots of space and the bbq area was very clean and there was a sink there too. Rms provided bbq utensils needed. Would suggest purchasing paper plates.
Walkability: Easy walk to beaches and a few restaurants and shops.

This is our first trip to Maui and this place was the least expensive place we could find so weren’t expecting much. We have been very happy with our stay. We understand when we reserved it that there wouldn’t be any cleaning services during our stay so that wasn’t a problem. The staff was always friendly and accommodating when we needed extra blankets or pillows. The location is across from a beach with the softest sand we’ve ever felt. There are even grills and a pool to hang out at. This was a great place to stay!
Rooms: The rooms have a full kitchen, two full bathrooms (one with a deep tub) and a master room and family room with a pull out couch. Plus a large balcony!
Walkability: Close to several restaurants. Sit down and fast food. There is a strip mall with gifts and a little grocery store.
