Couldn’t ask for a more perfect day!

I am glad that I found Ancient Hawaiian Weddings and even more so that they have access to do weddings at the White Orchid Beach House in Makena. That view was so breathtaking and the house to get ready in for the Bride and groom was quaint and beautiful! You get a combination of green lawn, beach, crashing waves, lava rock, and a great breeze all in one location. I was on the mainland and so the thought of trying to contact people in a different timezone was stressful, but Arabelle helped eased my worries on a wedding that I wasn't physically there to help plan. She also responded promptly to emails,texts, calls and was truthful when it came to costs and suggestions for the wedding that I do not regret. She made planning less stressful and was fantastic on the day of! I sat back getting my hair and makeup done and honestly had no worries the day . The musician did have car trouble and came a little late, but the minister could play the ukulele and was enough for me. The photographer and videographer recommendations were on point and everyone loved their work- so did my husband and I!Thank you Arabelle and your staff for making our day so special! I highly recommend Ancient Hawaiian Weddings if you want an honest, hardworking coordinator who knows Maui inside and out and always looking out for you!

Dear ArabelleWe have been back to Flensburg for a few days now and would like nothing more than to turn around and fly right back into the sun. Our wedding was the most wonderful experience of our lives and we owe this to you and to you and your wonderful team only. Everything was simply perfect and when we look and think back to this incredible day, we are still in awe and completely fascinated! We cannot believe how lucky we were to have found you and all of our family members and friends were incredulous as well and are overwhelmed by the incredible photos that Francois Larbode took for us. We have to go back to work today with our jetlag still a handicap- thank God for our co-workers who all understand.We miss Maui and Hawaii and all of the wonderful people we were privileged to meet so very much.Maui is definitely no ka oi and our absolute favorite from all the other islands we have visited!We thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. All we are waiting for now are the documents from Honolulu to have our marriage legalized for Germany.With lots of love

I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my ten year vow renewal ceremony! Arabelle made everything so easy, which really put my mind at ease from so far away. The vow renewal was just as I imagined, only better! The vendors she works with are such a joy. It was perfect.

2 weeks before a trip to Hawaii we decided to get married while there. I needed someone to help us quickly and thoroughly with little help from my husband or I. Arabelle provided the perfect service. Every vendor that she hired for the wedding day was excellent. From the hair and make up, flowers, photographer, music and officiant we could't have asked for more. She even entertained our 2 year old during photos so that we could simply enjoy the day. She helped make our day perfect. I highly recommend her.

I had my wedding recently June 10,2018. Arabelle from the beginning was non stop on top of everything!!! I couldn't have asked for an amazing planner than her. I asked more questions than anything and she always responded with ease and support. She always encouraged but didn't make me feel pressured. She had a assertive leadership persona that ever bride wants on the day of her wedding. I noticed on the day of my wedding she was the person making things fall into place. The photographer and makeup artist she sent me were extraordinary. Thank you arabelle for making my wedding the dream wedding everyone was jealous of.

I wanted to renew our vows for our 10 year anniversary. Just trying to pick someone to coordinate this for me was stressful enough, but the Ancient Hawaiian Weddings web site was so beautiful and professional, I knew this was the one for me. Arabelle lived up to her web site. She is so professional, quick to respond and a beautiful soul. I can truly say the ceremony was exactly how I imagined, only better. My husband was so surprised and equally as thrilled! Arabelle made planning the experience stress-free and I got my dream wedding!

Dear Arabelle,
We would like to thank you for so perfectly organizing our wedding in all detail which allowed us to enjoy the moment tremendously. Beginning with the always reliable and immediate communication prior to our arrival until the finalization of our dream here on Maui including all the details- everything, truly everything fit ! You gave us the feeling as if we were the only couple you were dealing with and were with us all the way.
Where Wedding Ceremonies in Germany might have let us to fleeing the scene, our funny and relaxed Reverend Laki Kaahumanu made our whole ceremony an experience we will forever cherish. Stephanie's Voice and Vene's magical chanting gave our ceremony the Hawaiian Touch we were hoping for. We had so much fun with the easy going way of our photographer Francois Laborde and our videographer Carl Rozycki that we were ready to invite them for a cocktail- they made us feel like family.

Dear Arabelle,
Markus and I have been married for over a month now:-) and after 12 years of being together, we both do not feel such a huge difference in our relationship, BUT I am so proud to be calling Markus my husband now! It feels awesome to say those words and now we are truly one family.
We wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
We always told ourselves and our families, if we ever would get married, we would do so only in Hawaii on a remote beach. But we never really had any idea how that would look like. All we knew was we wanted to get married completely stress free without 200 guests attending- I did have to wear my Mothers 33 year old wedding gown though:-)) We were so relieved to find out that wedding planners could help us along the way and we were more than lucky to have found you! No matter how many great references, photos and videos we have seen about Hawaiian ceremonies: never in our wildest hopes did we anticipa just how wonderful our ceremony turned out to be! Because of you, we could relax and just enjoy the preparations and more so our actual wedding day!
Our Reverend Tino Rosete- who ended up sending us the photos he took on his cell phone that same night:-) found so many loving words with his deep and soothing voice, the romantic music that played in the back ground and the many incredible pictures that Francois Laborde took are the most wonderful memories we could ever have created. When I look at the photos I am so thankful you guided me towards an all purple bouquet instead of the white one that I previously wanted. And I am so glad you convinced me to book a stylist who made me look so beautiful! But you missed one highlight: after you left during the long and fun photo session, two wales showed up about 200 feet off shore and "waved" to us with their fins!!! That the wales, which we missed in Australia and on all other Hawaiian islands, showed up right then and there is a wonderful omen for our marriage!
We want to thank you for always suggesting the right things and the many ideas and recommendations that you have made along the way. Thank you for your awesome Ohana and above all for your kindness and sincerity!
The sun is finally shining over here as well and you may use any photos and certainly this reference on your website
