Last Sunday, June 9, I was driving with my girlfriend for hours on our last day on the island, I saw your store by pure chance, it was closed and I decided to stop anyway because I am a fan of the Grateful Dead and tie dye clothing , to my surprise I saw a box that made my day maybe my week, a 2XL t-shirt just my size because I am 6'4 tall, if I would describe my perfect t-shirt it would be that from the details to the back (excuse my English I can barely speak it or write it) thank you very much for making those gestures that bring good energy and vibes, greetings from the Dominican Republic! ??

We stopped here on our last day in Kona. We had driven by a few times while we were on vacation a few weeks ago, and planned to check it out before we left the island. So glad we did! The store owner has a lot of handmade tie-dye shirts, scarves, sarongs, socks, bracelets, stickers, pretty much anything you can imagine that is "tiedyeable." We picked up several souvenirs to bring home with us. He takes credit cards, but sounds like cash is preferable. A little pricey in my opinion for what you get, these are Gildan shirts we're talking about here, but it is hand made so I appreciate that. Also. The best part hands down was Tootsie Roll Gonzalez, his sweet little chihuahua at the shop with him. She comes right up to you for pets! Owner is a very kind guy. He also has a YouTube channel. Make sure you go visit.

Aloha from Auntie Marli! If you love tie dye and don't mind the sweet aroma of pakalolo then this is your kohan. The hobo is welcoming, however his chihuahua Tootsie Roll steals the show. Search the Aloha rack where items are $5 a piece or 3/$10, other items include cool homemade patchwork skirts, tie dye socks, and onesies for the hippie baby.

We've been stopping by Tiedyehobo's shop since 2015, during our first visit to the Big Island. His work is the best tie dye out there - he's a true Artist. He offers the most unique designs, and his art doesn't fade- no matter how many times it's washed.

The products are good quality but the owner is a close minded person who condemns anyone who isn’t Christian. It’s a shame. Inclusivity is important.

I love this store! Been a few years since I was there, but I still proudly wear the shirts. And thanks so much for sharing the island herb, it was amazing! Hawaiian hospitality at its best!

Such a cool place! They didn’t have the shirt I liked in my size so the girl working there took my contact information and had the owner make a custom Grateful Dead shirt just for me ❤️??
