This is a great local boutique. Quality clothing. The staff is wonderful. Not pushy and made me feel comfortable. Actually trying on clothes does not usually end well for me. I tried on an outfit that was totally out of my comfort zone, by suggestion. So glad I did because the jumper looks and feels great. Love this shop and will be coming back again.

Cute little boutique offering comfortable casual women's clothing. The lady working when we arrived was so sweet and friendly. Do stop in and take a look around.

Great store. Wandered in browsing around, saw it was a lot of women's clothing but kept looking around and found some beautiful hand hammered bells for ambiance around our home.

Don't go here. Walked in and was blatantly ignored by the lady working there. I first gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking "okay she probably just doesn't want to talk." But then someone else walks in, who happens to also be yt, and she warmly carries a nice conversation w her. You could feel her energy towards me vs the other customer. Only difference is the other customer is yt and i am not. It's unfathomable how a store that profits off of native and asian cultures, can treat people that look like me this way? Stop using the aloha spirit if you're not going to act on it. Tired of this shxt. Lol all the good reviews are from yt ppl.. surprise!!

Had a similar experience to KaTrice G - pretty sure this shop is operated by racist gatekeepers. When I walked into the shop, the store manager was warmly chatting and laughing with another woman who looked just like her. Then, as their conversation slowed and she turned away to start walking in my direction, I tried to greet her with a "Hello" and a smile - it sounded like she was in a cheery mood, after all, and I wanted to continue to foster the good energy. I shouldn't have bothered; it was near miraculous how instantaneously her demeanor darkened, her smile evaporating like some bizarre stage trick. As she faced me, she couldn't even muster a nod of acknowledgment, much less a smile; she just glared at me with an intensely stony face, before swerving off to one side of the tiny shop wordlessly. Funnily enough, the only form of acknowledgement I did receive was from the other customer in the shop, who smiled at me hesitantly. The store manager made it to the shop's tiny front counter, where she proceeded to stubbornly avoid eye contact by scowling down at the countertop, motionless, for the next few minutes. Exactly what she was staring at was unclear, as there wasn't much to the little stand besides some pieces of jewelry on display and a payment processing pad, which I'm sure she's looked over many many times before. She refused to look up, even as I walked right past the counter to find my boyfriend. Suffice it to say, I got the message. I grabbed my boyfriend and steered him out of the shop. After we walked out and I shared my bewilderment from the singularly unpleasant encounter, my boyfriend noted that he'd also gotten a similarly wordless, cold stare as he walked by her in a different corner of the shop. It's that bewilderment that brought me here, to Yelp, to see others' experiences with this particular business. I think it's rather interesting to note that all the 5-star reviews on Yelp and Google come from people - tourists and locals alike - with looks that are reminiscent of the blonde/dirty blonde women featured on Lucky Cat's social media. Let me be clear here: I didn't walk into the shop expecting to be greeted, much less attended to. I've definitely dealt with my fair share of gruff, no-nonsense business managers in the past, and it's perfectly okay - I don't know what they're dealing with, and I've never expected to. However, the difference between the store manager's affable treatment of the other customer, and the reception (or complete lack thereof) that we received, was so jarringly stark, that I started looking the shop up online to find answers. It's remarkably hypocritical, considering the fact that the shop's Instagram page ( promotes the "placement of buddha statuary... to neutralize any negative chi," and the shop itself smells strongly of incense and sells "new age" healing/cleansing knick-knacks like sage bundles and crystals and sound thingamabobs - notes ripped off of indigenous cultures with impunity. And the clothes were basic. Usually, I try not to knock small businesses, because I know that an owner's heart and soul goes into it, but since I've had such a horrible experience with this soulless business, I'll just be honest: the products look like fast fashion items they're purchased at a discount from dubious producers overseas and sold for a premium under a veneer of island exoticism. Even worse, the selection is lazy, your numbingly predictable Western vision of an exotic "Eastern-influenced" (read: appropriated) alternative lifestyle, with nothing distinctive to offer. Really, who are you kidding?

I believe I was helped by Elena (hope I got the name right). She is amazing—one of the sweetest people I've met on island. The store is well maintained, carries lovely styles, and the changing rooms have plenty of space. There's ample parking nearby and it's in an easily walkable part of town. I'd just like to see a wider variety of sizes. Would definitely go back.

Stumbled upon this sweet little boutique on our way into Kona. The girl working at the store was super friendly, and made shopping fun with no pressure! She said the owner prioritizes clothes that feel good- needless to say we all walked out with something :)

This gem boutique has always satisfied my retail cravings. Moving back to Hawai'i with only a light load I found everything I needed to accessorize my home. The perfect little dresses to wear over tights and other sustainable items. The jewerly snd cards are unique as well. Thoughtful earth friendly choices by the incredible owner. I try to stop to see what's new as often as possible....and enjoy the peaceful aesthetic.

We just happened to stumble into the shop and met the store keeper who is so excited about what she was doing there. We were so impressed with her authentic joy in telling us about different things in her shop. We got several things there the other day and I still glowing in the experience.

Wonderful shop, friendly owners, helpful staff, eco friendly products. If you haven't been, go! Quality items, something for everyone. It moved across the street from it's old location. Love the new spot, it blossomed into a even better lucky cat boutique.

Just visited this store, no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help upon entering. I continued to browse the store for a few minutes and still no assistance was offered. So I decided to leave and said "Thank you" twice, and still nothing. Its upsetting because there were items that I would've purchased if the service was better.
