“This is a great local boutique. Quality clothing. The staff is wonderful. Not pushy and made me feel comfortable. Actually trying on clothes does not usually end well for me. I tried on an outfit that was totally out of my comfort zone, by suggestion. So glad I did because the jumper looks and feels great. Love this shop and will be coming back again.”

“Tiana did some corn rows with extensions for me and I have to say they are the best quality rows I've ever had. I'm on day 5 and they are showing no sign of deterioration. I've been snorkeling twice, in the rain, on two boats with plenty of wind... they are still holding up like the day I had them done. I haven't had to use any of the product (that she threw in for free). They are the perfect size, color, and I have had so many compliments on them. “We make a point of getting shuck your own pearls wherever we travel as it is a tradition of ours. We have been to 3 different Pearl Factory locations and all of them have been a true joy with the Kona location being our favorite. They never pressure you to mount your pearls in jewelry, which is common for other shuck your own Pearl companies. The staff have always been pleasant to deal with and they do a great job in telling you how to care for your pearls and what the different colors mean. Absolutely love these folks!”
