“Seriously the best mechanic ever!! I can’t even begin to explain how incredible Donny and his team are! They were so kind and helpful and extremely efficient and honest! I had emergency car troubles over the weekend and I didn’t know a mechanic in Kona. I brought it to Kona Car Pros after reading their incredible reviews. Donny fit me in where he could on a very busy Monday morning with no warning from me and my very panicked self! I was happy to wait a few days because I knew it was in good hands BUT I got the call halfway through the day saying my car was ready!! It had only been a few hours! I was so overjoyed and thankful for all their hard work! Donny and his team’s hard work saved me so much time and money and hassle on not only my car, but also in having to navigate the week ahead. “This review is over due. My apology to Ted and the staff. This is actually a 2 part review. The first part is for Rag's German Auto. The 2nd part is for the Mercedes-Benz Kona Svc. Ctr. staff and Paulette. On my older 2003 E320 sedan, I had problems with the SBC module for the brakes. Turns out that after checking out the car, Ted said there might be an extended warranty on it by MB. Turns out there was. Ted referred me over the Paulette at the MB Svc. Ctr. Ted treated me fairly and worked other issues. He told me that he could do the repairs but the car was still covered by extended warranty by MB. He then moved my car over to worked on by Paulette and her staff. End of part 1. I recommend Rag's and would not hesitate for them to work on my Mercedes Benz.”

“Love this place, Ioved from Pahoa and thought it would be hard to find a good mechanic, passed this place and decided to stop on the way back because I heard a weird noise coming from from my wheel, the mechanic made a appointment to come back and when I came in the machanic knew exactly what it was was ,he fixed it and Ithe next morning and get my truck back fixed, the only place I will go! And their always busy which is a good sign to me!”

I bought the OEM lift and level, and they installed it, plus: roof racks, step-sides, a skid plate and the grill that came with the lift kit. They'll get it done and are interested in doing whatever they can physically do. Hard to find good, reliable, businesses like these who want to be of quality service.”

“This place is great!I took my truck in there, it was making some front-end noise. Dan diagnosed the problem he called me told me what the problem was and explained that he did not have the equipment to fix it.He offered to take it to another shop for me, he did and he got it fixed & paid for it. If he did not do that. I would have had to drive forty-five minutes both ways and then back again to pick it up. He didn't know that.He got all of this accomplished in less than half a day. He could have charged me twice of what he did.I'm very pleased. It's nice to know that there are conscientious, honest, tradesman. I will be returning when needed with my other 4 vehicles.”

“These guys did an amazing job. I have a first generation Tacoma that had a broken motor mount frame. It required a custom fix - they had to fabricate a plate with bolt holes and weld it on. Multiple welders/mechanics had already turn me down for the job because it looked too hard. Mike got this thing done in 3 hours! Solid job.
