“craftsman did a good job restoring my car, damaged by a truck that backed into the driver side front. the paint is nicely matched (you have to look very closely to notice a difference in non repaired and repaired) and they completed the work within the week promised. this is the second car estimated by kraftsman and the first repaired. they are my first choice in body shop. estimator don is superb and the company is quite professional. 5 stars out of 5 from me.”
“We had a tire leak and pulled in here, originally thinking we'd ask if he could air up our tire so we could make it to Costco's tire center without having to put on the spare. He gladly filled it up for free. We decided to ask how much it would cost to fix. It was a great price, so we stayed. He took care of it quickly while we talked and laughed, and then he checked the rest of our tires, adding air until they were all equal and topped up. He shared some great snorkeling spots and photos of lava erupting. It's been four days and our tire pressure hasn't dropped at all, and he turned our bummer-of-a-situation around. We enjoyed the experience and are glad we got to meet him!”

“Tomas Hunt in Kona set up a test drive for a Suburu Forester we wanted with Jovee Rivera on Hilo side. Jovee was very helpful and showed us, very patiently, all the features of the car. We went for the test drive where both my husband and I drove it. Returning to the dealership, we decided to purchase the car and went in to talk with Jonathan (sorry didn’t get last name) in finance. This went very easy as we were not going to finance but pay upfront. We returned a few days later to pick up car and Jovee helped with all the setups as we were very unfamiliar with this part. Car had been washed with all the stickers neatly removed. Overall we were very satisfied with the dealership and everyone we dealt with.”

“I went in to get new wiper blades for my Jeep. Wrangler and Nera went above and beyond helping me pick the right blades and put them on my vehicle. It turns out the rear windshield wiper listed in the catalogue was not compatible with my vehicle, but she knew exactly what to do because she’d helped another customer that had the same car and the same problem. She went back in the store found the part that worked and installed it. We had to mess around with switching out the fitting, but she got it done. What a delightful experience.”
