FYI all HPP residents- FREE: if you are paying for a Post Office Box, you're on a waiting list for a Box in HPP (or not) then your Keaau PO Box should be free of charge. ASK as they won't tell you this info otherwise. Good luck.

Always long queue and slow crews.. had to stay in line for one hour each time to receive service. Maybe re train or add more front desk crew?

Illegally withholding my mail . It’s federal offense! Mail at post office they refusing to go get it. I am filing HR complaints and Board complaints on this office. Enough is enough !

Staff are friendly and efficient. However, there are usually long lines due to the amount of people they service. I would recommend extending hours of operation on Saturdays to accommodate individuals who work full time and cannot make it during weekdays. I also suggest posting "wear a face mask sign & social distance decals on the ground people know how far to stand from the next person. I always have someone standing way to close and its upsetting/frustrating.

The worst post office I've been in! Waited 30 minutes on a singular stamp for a post card because the other two windows were for package pick up and drop off only. I left. I'll go to a different post office l!
