“The vehicle pickup process was very easy. I was dropped off at the entrance by an Uber. They asked for my ID and then directed me over to the window where the employee looked up where my vehicle was. I was taken to my vehicle in a golf cart by another employee. I inspected the vehicle and then drove it out of there and that was that. The whole process took all of 15 minutes. Overall, it was very easy and quick.
The only thing I wish was that they offered some type of online tracking once the vehicle has shipped. I feel like every company has shipping tracking nowadays (Amazon, USPS, etc.). I was surprised they didn’t.”

“Overall they are a great company, they definitely care about their customers. I enjoy ordering from them, but I do wish they sold a couple other flowers that I find at other distributors such as Lipstick pods or Costus Barbatous. Overall a great but not perfect company.”
