Island Catchment helped our family immensely when we urgently needed a new 10k gallon tank. Communication with the owner, job crew quality and punctuality, pricing and all interactions were as good as anything you'll find on the Big Island. I highly recommend this company if you're in need of a new catchment system.

I was off island when I contacted Island Catchment about an estimate to replace my 10,000 gallon tank liner. They were able to inspect it shortly after that and found sever rusting on a section of the tank and could only give me an estimate for a new tank as a new liner would be destroyed when the tank failed in the near future. A few weeks later when I was on island again I went to their office and gave the deposit for the new work and they had an opening a week later. The crew arrived at 8:30 AM and by 3:00 PM I had a complexly new tank and cover and the piping and overflow were fixed. The crew was fast and processional and did a great job. The cost was very reasonable for a company with such a good reputation.

Rigel At Island Catchment is the absolute best catchment guy to work with . Very Knowledgeable , Super kind and mellow . I wont go anywhere else . Been working with him longer then I can remember..14-16 years.

Went in for my 1st time, unfamiliar with filters and catchment systems. The guys were friendly, helpful, got me set up online with correct filters for future visits, would recommend them to anyone!

We purchased our 5,000 gallon catchment tank from here three years ago. The transaction went smoothly and we were able to purchase the catchment frame, liner and cover. We opted to save money and install it ourselves, even though we had never put up a catchment tank before. It was pretty easy. We were given all the necessary instructions and all our questions were answered. Three years later, it's still standing and we are very happy with it.

These people are part of a monopoly and are ripping people off. Our government has made it illegal to sell poly tanks for less than a predetermined price that is crazy and they are really ridiculous this is not a commodity people need them to live and maintain a household that provides basic essentials. It is upsetting that they could use recycled materials and lower the price and that in combo would be a great impact on the environment and sell more tanks more tanks more that has been recycled think about it
