Only place I've found that will accept #2 recycling so we can recycle our Milk Jugs. Please clean plastic and remove labels as the sign says.

Been trying to take our recycles to the transfer station, but the contact company there is so unreliable. Got to the site 10 minutes before closing and the guys was super helpful and understanding. Didn't have an attitude because it was end of day. Great customer service from guard shack to recycle station.

The Hawaiian DMV required me to have my vehicle weighted before I could register it so I went to Business Services Hawaii. They were fast and very professional. All the employees that I spoke with were friendly and answered all my questions with a smile. I definitely recommend them if you need to have your vehicle weighted.

Very efficient and friendly! Be sure to separate your recycle and take the lids off your bottles. It will help them go super fast and get you in and out to avoid any lines!

Easy place to work with to get dumpster delivered to my house and haulled away. Especially since the transfer stations are a joke now. They were upfront with cost one of the cheapest, were fast, and friendly. Will be using them again for personal and business purposes.

I went to the HI-5 redemption center at Puako last Sunday, and as always, the service there was terrific! Although they were pretty busy, they helped me offload my glass, plastic and cans, and got me through the process very quickly. The service was very courteous and efficient. Well done!

We have used the roll Off dumpster service multiple times and will continue to because they offer island wide service, are easy to schedule and have reasonable pricing.

Business Services has the best customer service and they're super friendly! They also pay you well for your recyclables! They accommodate your needs when you need a bin, or need a bin picked up and they're always on time. If there's ever a problem they always do their best to help fix it and make sure you're satisfied.

The only reason I give this company a 4 star is only because of a employee that works for this company. I'm not from Hawaii and he helped me out I'm building out here in Kona and I seen him dropping something off for another customer and he was willing to listen to what the customer wanted and where they wanted it.He was well respectful and now days you don't see that. He also took the time to talk to me and explain to me who I could call and who to ask for. He also explained the prices on the recycles. I took my recycles to this location and I was happy until I asked couple people who were working down there if they could direct me to the office because I couldn't find the door they just ignored me. I couldn't find it with all the mess they have in the front and on the side of the building. By far though I will consider this company when I need it. I have lots of friends and family who are going to be moving here and I will tell them about this company and that one worker. Thank you business services of Hawaii for having that one employee and thank you for keeping your company on this island. You will soon be contacted by many people I know.

Horrible customer service! Dont come here to bring your HI5 they make you sort your own and they have no customer service! Female working here today did not even acknowledge us she stayed under the tent! Never coming back here again! Take the drive to Atlas or Mr.Ks..
