I needed a radio connection between my house and my rental, after three failed attempts to lay a cable. I found Rico at BIS. Rico was very professional and as soon as the radio equipment arrived he sent his very competent technician to install it. The wifi now works perfectly. No cable to accidentally weedwhack or mow over. The price was reasonable. If you want an excellent local company, BIS is the one for you.

Viasat is terrible and if you try to walk away, they will use every trick in the book to add deadlines, penalties and fines you have no control over. Worst we've ever dealt with after living in 4 states.

Amazing local contractor for satellite internet, responsive and knowledgeable. However please review the BBB reports and fine print in regards to \"viasat\", they are running themselves into the ground so bad with their policies and collection practices you can call the corporate office in Colorado and they will just apologise and agree with you. 150 install, 150 non refundable charge if you have poor credit, 100 a month service and 15$ month equipment rental.. if everything goes well you're signing a 3500$ contract. If they go poorly, as they have for many, including poor speeds, throttling and billing issues, you will be liable for the full service length and the Chinese equipment they value at over 1500$. Leaving your credit liable for the balance of upwards of 6000$ according to my research. That's alot of risk to have internet in 2020, I personally will be waiting for starlink or for wire internet to come to my road. Any technology company that thinks they can be credit sharks in 2020 is going down like radio shack. It's strange watching companies chose to fail,

I'm not sure people understand that being in a rural area means shoddy service. That doesn't mean the company is bad, persay, what it means is you get what you get. I'm not sure what people expect but when I did the research their service made sense. It uses the 4G network instead of satellite. The reason they push this is because IT'S more reliable THAN satellite. This is called logistics. It isn't personal. I like this company, I like what they had to offer, it's reliable and efficient for me and I run a home business. I also know how to troubleshoot the router/modem on my own based on google searches. This is how I learned that 4g, in rural ares, is a better option than satellite, for internet service. Not much better, but when you really have limited options, you have to do your own legwork. i like this company and I would reer them to a friend/family.

These folks push Viasat Satellite internet. It sucks big time. They make you lease the equipment and if something goes wrong with their equipment, it will cost you $90.00 dollars to come out and trouble shoot and replace their equipment. Big, big ripoff. Would not recommend their service or products. But, if you live somewhere where there is no other option, you're stuck with this very poor setup. If you don't believe me do a google search for their reviews. According to consumer affairs everyone is giving this service a 1 Star. And their experience lines up with my experience.

It works on occasion. Wouldn't call it high speed. I turn it off when not in use, usually when I want to use it it just flashes and doesn't connect me to ANYTHING. I end up using my AT&T hotspot (using it now). Sucks to be locked into a 2 year contract.

I had high hopes....but they never showed up for the site visit. Tried calling and never got a call back. Waited 3 hours and a extra hour and still no show. Could have at least called me that they were busy... But if you give me a 3 hour time frame and can't even call your not gonna make it.... sorry but that's poor service.
