I needed a bike for a couple weeks and no other place in Hilo had what I needed. Not only did Bill provide me with a great bike, but he always picked up the phone, and was very communicative about his expectations around rentals. We had a tire blow out, we called and Bill, who was on his way out the door, was kind enough to wait for us! We got there, he was so kind and helpful. He fixed the tire while we waited and was very reasonable! We are so thankful we found him! We would absolutely recommend All Kine! Mahalo

You get what you pay for - and I mean that in a good way. Uncle Bill's home garage operation is cheaper than the rest; the trade-offs are that the gear in general is older, a little more obviously worn, and the lines of communication are more personal, less professional. All said, it was a great experience and the bike he rented me took me almost 500 miles around the island, and up 3500 feet in elevation gain. He'll be my go-to guy in the future.

I had a great experience with this Giant road bike.I’m used to ride road bikes back at home since I’m a triathlete. All I can say are good words for this bike and the way Bill got it ready for me: he was really efficient, fast, detail oriented and with an interesting conversation while setting up the bike.He even prepared a repair kit and provided me with a lock and a helmet.Definitely the go-to solution for renting bikes if you’re in that side of the island. I highly recommend this place

I bought an older bike from FB and went to him to do an inspection for safety and updates. He was able to help me with that and then some.The owner is very nice guy and he was willing to work with me and my budget. He really took his time with my bike and ensuring it was safe for riding and went back and made modifications where and whenever needed. I highly recommend him if you're in the area stop by he is an expert and can surely help with any needs or concerns you may have! I will be returning!

I rented a bike to cycle up Mauna Kea. Bill was very helpful and prepared the bike specifically for that goal. It wasn't the shiniest of all bikes, but the personal touch that Bill put into it made it for me. If you need a bike (rent or buy) and you're in the neighborhood. Be sure to stop by at Bill's place!
