  Bill came through for me big time when I broke my bars while bikepacking around the island. He was professional, friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. Super cool that he runs an environmentally conscious shop. I'd recommend All Kine Bicycles to everyone without hesitation. Mahalo!

  I needed a bike for a couple weeks and no other place in Hilo had what I needed. Not only did Bill provide me with a great bike, but he always picked up the phone, and was very communicative about his expectations around rentals.   Bill did a great job of having the right bike for my climb up Mauna Kea, very accommodating and good to work with. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for personal attention to their biking needs.
